Ellie's POV:

I sat beside Chloe, her brown curls covering her cheeks as she took small sips from her cocktail, a smile appearing on her lips as her phone rang continuously, the sound of Bruno mars loudly blasting through the speakers on her phone as she answered it, giving me a worried look as she nodded randomly every so often.

I kept my eyes hooked to the TV before the sound the door slowly opening startled the both of us, we looked over to see Rose, her face all red and sore and she kept her eyes locked to the floor, her body shaking scarcely

E:What happened?
I stood from my position, she flickered her eyes up to mine, holding back the tears as she swallowed on the sound of her words

R:It... it's Kieran, he broke up with me
She stumbled on her words letting out a light cry as Chloe quickly ended the call pulling her in for a tight hug as she snuggled into her shoulder

C:He didn't deserve you anyway
I gave her a small smile as she rolled her eyes sitting down on the edge of the sofa

R:Except he did, he was everything I ever wanted, maybe I just wasn't good enough for him
E:Oh rose

We sat beside her rubbing her back lightly as she fiddled with her fingers clearly questioning millions of things that were playing with her mind

E:You wait, soon he'll realise what he's lost, see that he's made a mistake
She shook her head grabbing the cocktail of the table, swallowing the liquid hardly before closing her eyes to the sound of the tv

R:No you know what I'm done with dating, this happens to me every time and I'm done with it

I looked up at Chlo, smiling sympathetically as she nodded like she knew what I was thinking
She stood from her position, lifting Rose's shoulders as the sudden motion made her stumble on her steps

R:What are you doing?
E:We, are going out!

I laughed as Chloe excitedly jumped around in her position
R:No we're not
She chuckled sarcastically pulling the both of us back down towards the sofas

C:Why not?
R:Do you listen to anything I say?
Chlo shrugged as I laughed lightly

R:I've just broken up with my boyfriend! I'm not going out

C:Argh come on! We haven't been out in years
E:Um, we went out last weekend
I laughed as she took the drink from Rose's hands
C:Yeah but it's felt like years

I rolled my eyes crossing my arms together as Rose continued to shake her head
E:Come on it will make you feel a whole lot better, a girls night

R:Except it won't be a girls night though will it, because every time you two find some random guy and abandon me for them
She replied spitting on her words

C:In our defence, you had Kieran
I widened my eyes in her direction as she suddenly realised what she had just said, "so close" I thought to myself shaking my head firmly as Rose paused her movement for a second

R:But now I don't, do I

She was about to cry again but I quickly stopped her wrapping my arms around her shoulders

E:Just trust us, we've been through this before! One night

I moved away walking slowly towards my bedroom opening the door to my wardrobe and resting my hand on my favourite black dress

L:Fine...but you two have to promise not to go off with a guy and leave me
E:I promise

Chloe breathed out heavily, tucking a section of hair behind her ear laughing lightly
C:Me too

We all smiled laughing as we had a quick group hug before disappearing off into the separate rooms of our apartment, girls night it is...
