Ellie's POV:

I swallowed the liquid slowly smiling at my phone as Rose sent me continuous messages
I laughed to myself, randomly looking up flickering my eyes to notice two guys, whispering to each other as they quietly laughed.
There was something about one of them that caught my eye, his bright blue eyes sparkling in the light of the night club as he sipped the edge of his bottle.
I spun the straw round in my glass before I noticed his friend flicking his head up to see me, quickly nudging the guy I was looking at discreetly pointing in my direction

I looked down towards the bar table pretending like I wasn't staring, accidentally lifting my eyes up to see that he was looking in my direction also, he smirked widely, before my vision of him was suddenly blocked with a guy sat in the seat opposite mine

D:Hey you look like you need another drink

I sighed but let out a light smile as he called over the bar tender, I looked around me for Chloe but he was quick to pick up the lost conversation
E:Thanks but I'm ok
D:Come on its only a drink

He laughed mouthing a few words to the bar tender as I tried to look past him for the guy I noticed earlier, but he wasn't anywhere to be seen

D:I'm Daniel
He held out his palm, I awkwardly smiled shaking it lightly
E:Ellie
He smirked warmly biting his lip

Z:Hey could I get a beer please?
I looked up quickly to notice the guy I was staring at across the bar right beside me, he looked down at me smiling suddenly

D:So yeah about that drink
E:No, seriously I'm fine
D:What's so bad about a drink?

I sighed loudly
E:What if I enjoy the drink you know what happens then?
D:I don't know, you tell me

He looked at me seductively making me feel intimidated by him as I laughed sarcastically
E:I'll tell you what happens then, we go back to your apartment about two blocks from here to play beer pong with your friends, and have to listen to your roommate sleep with Hillary, or Emily or whatever her name is until we fall asleep. And then a year later we're at that same bar, with the same friends but only now you've got the pressure about marriage, kids because you think that's what i want

I breathed out heavily lifting up my empty glass and twirling the straw round my mouth, before being surprisingly interrupted by the soft voice beside me

Z:And then in the summers you go up town to meet his parents wondering the whole ride if they think your smart enough
E:Pretty
Z:Wondering the whole ride if they think your pretty enough
E:Cause no one ever has been!
I swallowed hardly as he stared down at me, smiling as he licked his bottom lip quietly replying
Z:And no one ever will be
I looked deep into his bright blue eyes feeling mesmerised by the colour of them

D:What's all that shit look I'm just talking about a drink!

He laughed clearly intimidated as he leaned his arms on the bar
Z:But it wasn't just a drink though, was it

I laughed as dan stood up quickly lifting his coat from the stall below him
D:I'll catch you later

I smirked biting down on my lip as he rested his palm on the beer glass
Z:Drink?
E:Yup

I laughed loudly as he sat down in the stall opposite me
Z:Zac
He held out his hand making me chuckle a little
E:Ellie

Chloe's POV:

I opened the door of the toilet, pushing past the sweaty bodies dancing around each other as they annoyingly tried to drag me into the small space they were squeezed up in.

I eventually reached the bar, crossing my eyebrows as I saw Ellie laughing with some guy in the seat beside her, I smiled looking at the both of them stepping forward in my position slowly before I felt a heavy body bang against my chest, I jumped out of my skin looking above me getting lost in the strangers eyes as he held me softly

J:Sorry
He let out a light smile as i was left in continuous laughter adjusting my dress
C:Ah that's okay
He sighed lightly

C:Rough night?
I chuckled as he lifted his drink from the table
J:You could say that

He gulped the liquid resting his hands on his head as he breathed out heavily
J:Sorry, it's just I'm not really in the mood to be here tonight
I sighed smiling slightly
C:I know how you feel... did you come here alone?
I replied looking around him

J:No I came with my friend Zac, but he's clearly not much help flirting with some girl at the bar as usual
He flickered his eyes over to Zac and Ellie laughing about something as she blushed heavily making me smirk a little

C:Yeah well that girl he's flirting with is my best friend so I understand the feeling

He widened his eyes
J:Really? What are the chances
I laughed lightly looking up at him as he let out a light laugh
J:I'm jack by the way
C:Chloe
The conversation drifted off slowly as I questioned thoughts in my mind

C:Do you want to get out of here? I was waiting for Ells but she's clearly occupied and so is your date
He laughed slightly hesitating as he nodded to himself

J:Yeah... yeah I'd like that
I nodded as he grabbed his coat following me towards the doorway

C:Oh, hey Ells
I tapped her shoulder as she turned around smiling widely
C:I'm gonna head off
I tilted my head in jacks direction as she widened her eyes, smirking suddenly

E:I'll see you at home
I nodded waving goodbye before following jack outside the doors of the bar...
