'When lavender fades...'
...
I met you at a lavender field on a gloomy April day. You- the boy with sparkling eyes, made me feel special for the first time of my life.
I remembered, when you looked at me and smiled, asking if I was the same nationality.
I said 'yes', and a small conversation was started, right in the heart of Provence.
We exchanged numbers and emails, hoping to keep in touch. Back then, we chatted with each other every morning before work; we said good night through the phone everyday; we left uplifting messages to encourage others.
One day, you said you'd like to meet me.
I was so happy, feeling butterflies exploded in my stomach. I've never had this feeling before.
You stared at me for a while in nervous. I asked you what the problem was. You then tried your best not to stutter, and confessed.
I loved how your face expressed its feelings, I loved how you swallowed hard, waiting for my response.
'Jungkook...I like you, too...!'
One day, we had our first date, at where we firs met.
France.
You said lavender had a spirit, that brought us together. You said, the bluish-purple flowers were the factor that connected us. You also said, that you loved my scent of lavender.
We lied on the field next to each other, looking above the sky. You then suddenly turned to me; that - was when our lips touched.
You were my first kiss. I was yours, too.
One day, I was sick.
You rushed to my house, you made me eat porridge, saying it would help me feel better. And I did.
You told me little stories before I fell asleep. I smiled, and you grinned. All I could feel, was you.
Only you.
One day, you saw me with another boy. You were jealous. I tried hard to comfort you, I hugged you, kissed you, and you finally giggled.
Until then, we dated for almost a year.
February.
You didn't answer my calls.
I often left you on seen.We hung out less frequent, we both were busy with our lives.
You told me it was because of work, I told you I needed more time for myself.
Coldness was all over us.
Two months passed.
One day, we met again at the lavender field. This time, we had our last date.
We were confused, yet relived. We did not suit together anymore.
Not anymore.
That was the same time, when lavender faded. When the sky turned dark and sad.
'Thank you for loving me...I will never forget you...'
We whispered, not knowing what to say...
We met in a day of April, when lavenders bloomed beautifully.
And we parted in the same day, when lavenders faded patiently.
Life is not about keeping moments forever, life is about admiring it heartedly.
Good bye...lover...!
Goodbye, Jungkook...!
_To my bunny.
