"What?" Kris stayed looking at Sarah. "Christin, the guy I was suppose to represent in court kissed me today because he got kind of excited." "So your Kissing criminals now and what the hell do you mean he got excited?" Kris said. "Kris!" She yelled out at him. "What!" He yelled back. "Were you listening to anything I just said, he kissed me—I didn't kiss him." She said. "Yea-yea." He said looking away from her. "Why are you being smart towards me, It wasn't planned—it just fucking happened after I told him he was getting out of prison!" She said pacing back and forth. "Ok damn Sarah, I'm sorry-It's just to think of someone else kissing you makes me boil inside...and... "And it makes your skin crawl—yea I know." Sarah said finishing his sentence. "I know that, but you should know that you will always be able to trust me no matter what." "If you were in this damn hospital stuck in a coma, I wouldn't let anybody else touch me, you will always be mine." Sarah said with a tear falling down her face. "I didn't mean it like that, I know you wouldn't dare cheat and neither would I." He said.
"Yea, I told him he was getting out of prison and the reason why the trial disappeared and the charges were dropped and then he asked me for a hug—of course I was nice and said yes—he hugged me, he looked at me—and then he just kissed me." "I backed away and told him that I was in a relationship." "He said sorry and that his emotions got in way because he was just happy to be getting out of jail." Said Sarah.

"I'm just glad I don't have to face him...because it'll probably get ugly" Kris said clenching his fist. "...Well...It's funny that you said that because you will see him." Said Sarah. Kris lifts his head back up off the pillow. "And what the hell does that mean?" Kris asked. "Well while we were still at the prison he asked for a job." "Oh my gosh Sarah." "Kris I couldn't resist letting him be out there in the street with no job because his brother messed his life up, he has that shit on his record but I think I can fight to get it off." Sarah said. "Ok well that makes sense that you let him work at the firm, but what I don't get is why his record wasn't wiped clean if the charges were dropped." "Exactly, something doesn't add up, so that's why I was going to discuss it with his judge." Sarah said. "Ok yea that sounds like a good idea." Kris said. "Yea and there's one more thing." Sarah said. "And what's that?" "He doesn't have anywhere to stay." Sarah said.

At Sarah's Firm...
"You have a good rest of the day dear." Priscilla said grabbing her black pocketbook and heading for the door." "You too and before you leave, what's your name?" Christin asked. "My name is Mrs. Priscilla and yours." "It's Christin." It was nice meeting you." Priscilla continues towards the door." "Mrs. Priscilla, where's the bathroom in this place?" "Oh it's one down here on this floor, but maintenance is cleaning it at the moment, but you can head right up those stairs straight pass Cams office, and the bathroom is right around that corner—you can't miss it dear." "Ok, thanks Mrs. Priscilla." She leaves the firm saying "No problem." Christin heads up the stairs and he glares in Cam's office as he passes it. When he comes back from the bathroom he decided to take a look inside. "Wow—this is what I missed out on...the luxury of having my own office." Christin walked in and felt rich, he sat in Cams chair and spun around in it until he looked at himself in the mirror and saw himself. He stopped spinning and felt worthless again, he felt less of a person. Before he ended up in jail he was planning to go to law school, but that didn't happen since he was locked away for a very long time. Christin got up looked at pictures on Cam's Shelf and his desk, he explores the walls of all his awards, diplomas, and degrees from college—grad school—& law school. Christin looked over at the other wall and sees that there was an old medium size picture of his dad on the left, Cam and Christin in the middle and a women with golden blonde hair and a bright white smile with greenish blue eyes on the right. It was their mom and Christin couldn't do anything but lean against the picture and cry. "Woww—your beautiful mom." The picture made a click noise as he leaned against it and Christin backed away from the picture and it slowly opened like a door."
"Oh my gosh." Christin stares.
