Chapter 26 | Talk

/Yoongi's PoV/

We're nor standing in front of the dorm, and I'm about to open the door only to notice (m/n) beside me hesitate a bit.

My right hand that was hovering above the door handle ended up on his left cheek while my left hand on his right cheek, making him look at me.

"Everything will go fine, don't think too much about it. Okay?"

After I ended my sentence I gave him a smile, while he gave me a weak smile and a nod.

Not long after the door was being opened and we were walking inside.

I took off my shoes and jacket glancing at my brunette boyfriend before walking into the living room.

Closing in on the living room I began to hear the other's talk, mostly about what happened last night.

I began leaning on the doorframe looking at the guys, and not long after Jeongguk noticed me and stood up.

"Where's (m/n) hyung? isn't he with you?"

The other's looked at me when the youngest asked me that.

"Maybe he is, maybe he isn't"

Jin looked at me with a sad face making me sigh and glanced over my shoulder to see (m/n) leaning on the wall a meter from where I was.

Jimin stood up and walked up beside me looking at where I was looking and noticed the older.

He smiled at him and looked at the others.

"(m/n) hyung is in the hallway"

I gave Jimin a small glare, but it soon left when I noticed Jin and Yaya look at each other and towards me, or more like behind me.

Noticing dark brown hair over my shoulder made me turn my head only too see (m/n)'s face beside mine.

His face was emotionless as he looked into the room, it was like all the nervousness that he had just shown never was there.

Jin stood up and looked at (m/n) with a sad smile.

"Can I talk with (m/n)ie alone?"

The others nodded and cleared out of the living room, I slowly followed after them glancing back to see the brothers standing there looking at each other.

/No one's PoV/

The twins were looking at each other, one with a sad look and the other one emotionless.

"Why don't we sit down, (m/n)ie?"

(m/n) let out a sigh but nodded and sat down on the couch while Jin sat down on the other side leaving a bit of space in-between them.

Silence hung over them, it was awkward and tense making Jin shift where he sat wanting to say something.

"(m/n)ie I-"

Before Jin could continue he got cut off.

"For how long?"

After asking he looked at Jin with an expression the older couldn't pinpoint.

"3 weeks"

When Jin mumbled that out (m/n) eyes got wide and he shot out of the couch.

The older flinched and stared at the shocked expression his brother held on his face.

"3 weeks...for 3 weeks and you didn't tell me anything?!"

(m/n) shouted at Jin making him flinch and look at his hands that were laying clenched on his lap.

Something left the younger twin's lips but Jin didn't hear it and looked at him confused.

"What did you say (m/n)ie I didn't hear you"

"I said 'look at me'"

Jin looked at his brother, only to see the emotions flowing around in his brown eyes where there were tears pooling.

"You know I have trust issues, that I hate being betrayed, and yet you began to date my manager, my friend, not telling me at all! Do you know how that feels? That your brother who you trusted, that you promised that you would tell everything to each other suddenly goes behind your back like that?!"

Slowly small tears began to run down his cheeks making Jin feel more guilty and regret it more than he already did.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

It came out as a whisper, making Jin stand up and hug his brother who didn't hug him back.

"I was afraid, she's your manager and your friend, I thought you wouldn't approve of it. So I guess I decided without thinking thoroughly about it and ended up hiding it"

Jin felt hands come to his chest and push him away carefully and noticed the broken look on his brothers face.

"That I wouldn't approve? You could just have told me! When we were little we promised we'd tell each other when we got crushes, found someone we love, and you broke it. I'm not that mean or cold-hearted that I wouldn't approve of my brothers love"

A sad expression quickly came onto Jin's face when he heard his brothers words, he realized it soon that he broke the promise they made when they were little.

He knew his brother wasn't mean or cold-hearted, it could look like it after what happened when he was younger and got trust issues, but he wasn't like that at all.

Jin knew his mistake and regretted it badly.

Soon tears began to drip down the older's cheeks as he sat down on the couch holding his face in his hands.

The younger felt his heart clench, he was mad at his brother and felt like the trust he had in him was lowered, but he still loved him, he was his brother after all.

Both brothers were crying, the members and Yaya were watching in the hallway trying to eavesdrop after hearing (m/n) shout afraid a fight would happen.

But when they heard what the younger of the two said made them sad and realize how much Jin meant to (m/n), he was the one who was there for him since he was little.

(m/n) slowly walked up to his brother and hugged him, Jin immediately hugging him back.

It was a bad position and was hurting (m/n) back, and Jin realized and leaned to the side making the younger let out a gasp as they both fell on the couch with (m/n) on top of Jin.

"I'm sorry, (m/n)ie, I'm so sorry"

Jin said softly crying while hugging his brother close.

"I forgive you, just please, tell me things like this"

He felt Jin nod his head and not long after both of them fell asleep on the couch after crying and making up for what happened.
