Chapter 29 | Game

/(m/n)'s PoV/

I turned the car off and looked at Yoongi smiling under my face mask.

"Shall we go in then?"

He looked at me before nodding and opening the car door, me doing the same.

As soon as we got out of the car I locked the car and walked up to my boyfriend who was walking ahead of me.

"Why didn't you wait for me to lock the car?"

He glanced at me before looking forward again.

"Because you're slow"

I gasped and placed my hand on my heart looking at him feigning that he hurt me.

"Why are you so mean to me Yoonie"

Yoongi just continued to walk while I had stopped up, I clicked my tongue before I smirked.

My pace was slow before my pace got faster and soon I jumped a bit on Yoongi's back, but not enough to knock him over.

"Gah!"

He gasped when I jumped on him, placing my arms around his shoulders.

His head turned to look at me and a glare was evident in his brown eyes making me laugh and hug him a bit before letting go of him.

"Idiot"

At his comment, my laughter became louder making him glare more at me with his glare before it softened and he smacked me on the head.

I grabbed his hand and began pulling in towards the arcade, not wanting to waste any more time.

Yoongi staggered after me trying to match my pace and soon was beside me as I dragged him into the arcade.

Giving him a side glance before I opened the door to the arcade letting him walk inside first.

Looking around inside, I noticed there weren't that many people here, there were a few students around nothing more than that.

"How many tokens should we get?"

Yoongi looked at me before thinking a bit and answering.

"Why don't we buy like six tokens to start with, and if we need more we go an buy more afterwards?"

I nodded and walked up to the counter to buy the tokens so we could play the games.

Reaching the counter I saw a male maybe in university sitting there on his phone with earbuds in looking bored, not even noticing me standing in front of him.

He was blasting his music so it's no surprise he didn't notice me, that's when the song changed and I managed to hear what the next song was surprising me a bit.

"He's listening to Hellevator"

I shook my head and coughed a bit trying to get his attention, doing that two or three times he finally looked up at me with an annoyed look.

"What do you want-"

Suddenly his eyes widened and he sat straight up.

I raised an eyebrow, confused as he suddenly went quiet and straightened up.

"(m/n) hyung, ca-can I help you?"

Shocking me a bit that he recognized me, I glanced at Yoongi who was standing behind me waiting for me to get the tokens.

"I would like to get a few tokens"

He nodded and looked at me and gave a friendly smile.

"How many do you want to buy?"

"I would like to start off with buying six tokens"

He gave me another nod and said the price for the tokens while I paid for them.

After I paid, he gave me the six tokens while I thanked him and began walking over to Yoongi.

But before I left the counter completely I turned around and looked at the male at the counter.

"Please don't leak that we're here, we just want to relax for a bit and play games"

His eyes widened when I said we and looked at Yoongi before nodding again. Damn this kid nods much.

I walked up to Yoongi and gave him three of the tokens.

"What do you want to play first?"

Closing my eyes thinking of a game to start with, there are so many games it's hard to choose.

"Why don't we start with playing a racing game?"

Yoongi looked at me, even though I couldn't see his mouth I know he was smirking at me.

Determination and competitivity were shining in his brown eyes.

Both of us quickly got to the racing game each us sitting down beside each other.

We put the tokens in and began choosing cars and voting for a race track we wanted to play on.

"Get ready to lose hyung"

"We'll see about that love"

I glanced at him right before we started seeing him blush and has beat red ears after hearing me call him love.

In the start, I was in the lead for the first two laps before Yoongi managed to get past me right before the finish line in the third lap making him win.

I stared at the screen in disbelief before looking at my smirking boyfriend.

Giving him a playful glare, before pulling up another token challenging him to another round.

He agreed and, let's just say, he won again, but this time I was closer than him either way he managed to sneak past me with the finish line.

I raised my hands in defeat while Yoongi laughed before getting out of the seat and holding his hand out before me.

A sigh left me before I grabbed his hand and let him drag me up.

"What should we do now, you choose this time Yoonie"

He quickly glanced around as if looking for a game before finding what he was looking for, our hands still together he dragged me towards what looked like a type of basketball game.

While we were walking towards the game we passed some High School kids playing air hockey quite roughly.

Suddenly I heard a gasp and someone shout "Oh shit, look out!" before turned to look only to feel a horrible pain in my lower abdomen.

A groan of pain left me as I bent down a hand on the floor and the other over the spot I got hit by the puck.

Silence filled the area around us, letting us only hear the sound of music from games or people talking and laughing.
