Chapter 8 | Reassuring

/Jin's PoV/

(m/n) had just walked out of the living room.

The other members were shocked and looked at me for answers as he walked up to me before leaving the room.

"H-how did she get his number? He changed it, and why would she try and call him now?" I was so confused and shocked that I didn't notice the other's trying to get my attention.

"-yung? Hyung? Jin hyung? Yah Jin!" Someone shouted in my ear making me jump back and look shocked at them.

I suddenly realized what they said and gave them a glare.

"Yah! Jimin-ah respect your elders!"

"Mianhe hyung" Jimin looked down.

Letting out a sigh and looking around.

"What's wrong, hyung?" The golden maknae asked me with a worried look.

I froze up a bit, unsure of how to answer them.

"It's personal to (m/n)ie, but maybe they could help? But then he has to tell them himself" I thought before looking at them.

"Someone that did something to (m/n) is trying to talk to him. I would tell more but" I stopped there and looked at them.

They were nodding.

"We understand. It's something personal and it would be better for him to tell us when he feels like it" Yoongi said carefully looking out of the room where (m/n) left.

I give a small smile.

"I'll go talk with him now, he must be shaken up after they called him" I stood up and began walking towards where I think he went.

"I guess he is in his room right now"

I found his room and knocked softly on the door before opening it.

Looking inside I saw him sitting on his bed with his head in his hands.

"(m/n)ie are you okay?" I asked closing the door and sat down beside him.

He shook his head and looked at me irritated.

"How can I be okay if she called me!? How the fuck did she even get my number? I changed my number as soon as-" He stopped and gave a sad sigh.

"As soon as that happened" It was silent around us.

"Ne, I know. I'm confused as well and why would she try to contact you after what she did?" I asked no one in particular.

(m/n) let out a weak chuckle.

"What do you think? I may have broken up with her, but now that I just debuted she may want me back as I can get famous for being an idol. She may be my ex, but I bet she has had many boyfriends in between after we broke up and now"

Suddenly we heard a sound come from the outside of the door making us both look at it confused before realizing.

(m/n) quietly walked up to the door and swiftly opened it.

I watched my dongsaeng fall on the floor with a sigh.

"It's not nice to eavesdrop on conversations you know" (m/n) said walking back to the bed and laying his head on my shoulder.

"They must have heard what we talked about" Letting out a sigh I looked at them still laying on the floor.

"Yah, I think you may be squishing Jiminie" After that, they all quickly jumped off and sat down in front of me and (m/n).

/No one's PoV/

The younger sat in front of the two older quietly.

"I guess you have questions" Jin said looking over at all of them as they all nodded.

"Then ask and we'll answer" Now (m/n) was looking at them with his head still on Jin's shoulder.

The younger guys looked at each other deciding who should ask first.

"Why is it so bad that your ex-girlfriend, is trying to call you?" Jeongguk asked looking confused.

Jin looked at (m/n) to see who would answer of them.

The younger twin sat up and looked at the maknae.

"Because she did something that broke my trust"

The members looked at each other fast with the same thought.

"This must be how he got trust issues"

"Did she cheat on you hyung?" (m/n) looked at Taehyung and shook his head.

The other's looked confused.

"Why did you break up with her?" Hoseok looked like he was trying to think of reasons.

(m/n) froze and looked at his twin worried.

Jin could see the worried look in (m/n)'s eyes but gave him a reassuring smile and pat on the back.

"They won't judge" Jin mouthed to his brother.

He still looked worried but let out a sigh and looked at the others before slowly talking.

"I broke up with her because... I didn't love her, I tried but couldn't as I don't swing that way" (m/n) spoke quietly and was a bit shaky, afraid of their reaction and responses.

The guys sat blank for a bit before they looked shocked realising what (m/n) said and meant.

Yoongi was the first to speak and began speaking quietly.

"So you broke up with her because you're gay?" (m/n) nodded not looking at them.

Jin looked at his twin with a smile before looking at his friends.

All of them smiled towards their hyung.

"There's nothing wrong with being gay hyung" Namjoon said standing up and giving a small pat on the elder's shoulder.

(m/n) looked at the leader who was showing his dimple smile.

Looking away from Namjoon he noticed that the other's had smiles on their faces instead of judging looks.
