Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (A Twist on the Classic Fairy Tale) [ON HOLD]

IMPORTANT AUTHOR'S NOTE

Hi lovely readers,

So, I wanted to address some important issues.

As you could probably tell by the description, this is a retelling of the classic fairy tale, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. (ALL CHARACTERS BELONG TO DISNEY AND THE GRIMM BROTHERS- NOT ME.)

But, this story has a slight twist, which is that Snow White is destined to be woken up with a true love's kiss by a princess. Not a prince. So Snow White is, you guessed it, a lesbian.

If you have an issue with this, then I suggest you stop reading and get off of my story.

Now, for those of you that still want to read this (I love you), I'm going to explain a few things.

1. I'm straight. But I believe that EVERYONE deserves true love, not just the stereotypical princess that fell in love at first sight with a prince she's never seen before in her entire life. Whether gay, lesbian, bi, trans, or straight, you have the right to love whoever you want, but unfortunately other people don't agree with that. They're going to look stupid in 50 years. Biracial marriage was illegal back then, but now there's tons of those marriages. WHOSE RIGHT IS IT TO TELL SOMEONE WHO THEY CAN AND CAN'T LOVE? IT DOESN'T AFFECT YOU! (Sorry for the capital letters. I'm done now.)

2. I thought of the idea for this story when I was watching Snow White while babysitting. I thought about how all those kids that think they are "different" because they are gay, how must they feel when they see those types of movies? That they were wrong to like a person of the same gender? Sadly, this probably won't happen, but Disney needs to stop with the same old adaptations of fairy tales. They need to create their own fairy tale, maybe starting with a biracial couple (aside from Pocahontas, like a modern-day one) and then a fairy tale with a boy and a boy or a girl and a girl. I decided that I probably wouldn't even be alive if they ever made movies like those, so I wanted to do my own.

3. Everyone deserves their own "Happily Ever After," no matter what other people think. If YOU love someone, it is YOUR business. It is your feeling, your life, and your love. So, this series is going to be called The Happily Ever After Series, and this first fairy tale, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, is A Happily Ever After Fairy Tale, hence the cover.
