When I got back to school, everything was worse than I thought
Sally told the teacher what REALLY happened at lunch
She punished everyone, including Heather, with detention
Sally refused to deal with my problem any longer
She ended our friendship
Now, I have no one to help me through this fight I call 10th grade
Heather wants revenge, even though, this is her own fault
There is a school dance on Friday before I wont have to see these jerks for a month
Chase asked me to go with him
I turned down his offer and explained that Heather could pull tricks and he was probably in her plan
He then got extremely angry and hurried away to his locker
I didnt know what that look meant, but I didnt care at the moment
I just wanted the day to be over
As soon as the bell sounded, I rushed home, just to once again cage myself in my room
My mom begged me to eat, but I refused to consume anything
I just listened to sad songs and looked at the beautiful view from my window
A park was in place and a block filled with spots to do anything at
The moonlight lit my darkened room
It came in through the curtains on my window
I looked up and thought, "I wonder how it would feel to be there"
I then laid my head on my pillow and filled the silence with quiet sobs
