What Could Go Wrong ( a Zed x Addison fan-fiction)

Chapter 5

Zeds POV
Is it me or is the sky prettier than usual. The the sun shines more today. Maybe I'm just noticing for the first time or maybe it's the fact that I finally kissed Addison. And she told me how she felt in English. Well it was such a big deal to me when she told me in zombie tongue I knew it would be a big deal to tell her in English. Today I'm walking to her house. It's gonna be interesting . I have to focus on her problem. That guy is going to feel my zombie rage. I make it to Addison's and she comes out of the door before I can make it up the steps. She looks at me surprised
"Hey." I say with a smile.
"Hey" Addison said looking a bit flustered.
"You ready for school." I ask. She gives me a funny look.
"It's Saturday." She says with a laugh.
"Oh yeah." I say a bit embarrassed. She giggles again.
"Well I just came out to walk, but do you want to come with me? You know since your here." She insisted, putting her hand behind her back.
"Ok" I accept. We begin to walk around town. It was to quite.

Addison's POV
This is to awkward. I don't even know what to say to him.
"It's a bit quiet huh." Zed says breaking the silence.
"You think?" I ask twiddling with my thumbs.
"Is it about what happened yesterday." He asked.
"Maybe." I replied. I can't avoid this.
"Ok can we talk about it. I like when we talk about what's bothering us." He says looking at me straight in the eyes.
"I like that too." I say honestly.
"Then let's talk." He says. I nod my head with a sigh. He grabs my hand. I look at it for a second and then back at him.
"Was it your first." He asks straight up. I look down and nod my head.
"If it makes you feel better it was mine to." He says shamefully. I look back up at him
"Really?" I ask in disbelief. I laugh a bit.
"It was your first to so why are you laughing." He asks with a smile.
"I don't know I just expected..." I said before getting interrupted.
"For me to have kissed someone." He finishes my sentence.
"Yeah." I reply.
"Well honestly I thought the same thing," he says.
"Why." I ask a bit surprised.
"Well as I've said before, your perfect." He says looking at me honestly. There goes my heart again.
"So are you." I reply with a smile. He smiles at me. I just got a good idea.
"You know what I have an idea." I say
"What is it." He asks
"Actually it's more of a surprise." I say
"Ok" he says a bit confused.
"Close your eyes." I tell him.
"Ok" he accepts. I pull his hand to a place near the high school. After five minutes I can tell that he's getting anxious.
"Where are we going?" He asks with a laugh.
"Well if I told you it wouldn't be a surprise." I say with a laugh. After about another 2 minutes we arrive at the destination.
"Alright open your eyes" I tell him
He takes one of his hands off his eyes and then gives confusing look.
"What is this place?" He asked confused.
It was park that was filled with high school kids and benches for sitting.
"Well it's called the Seabrook student park. It's for students only." I tell him.
"It's beautiful. I've never seen a park with a lake." He says in awe.
"Yeah it's nice. Me and my friends used to sneak in here before we were in high school. I've never been here before without having to sneak in." I explain.
"I've never been a park before." He says a bit sadly.
"Really?" I ask in shock.
"Well everything was blocked off for me as a kid so yeah I've never been to a park." He says casually.
"You say that like its normal." I say to him
"It was normal but now it's different." He says
"How" I ask confused.
"I have you." He says with a smile. I smile back at him.
"Well Well Well, if it isn't for my favorite girl." I hear a voice say. No no no, not him. Anybody but him. I would prefer the old zombie hating Bucky more than this guy. I turn around and see Colt.
"Well if it isn't, Hey Let's bolt Colt."  I say to him angrily.
"Wow dis you come up with that on the spot. Smart." He smirks with a wink. I give him a dead look. I then smile.
"Have you formally met my boyfriend Zed." I ask. Zed then steps in front of me.
"Yeah have you met me ." He asks intimidatingly.
"I'm not intimidated by you zombie Zed." He says with a jerk smirk.
"Maybe You should be." He says poking colts chest.
"Maybe You should be." Colt says pushing his palm on zeds chest. This could get ugly.
I tug on zeds arm.
"Maybe we should go." I say to him concerned.
"Yeah maybe we should." Zed says containing eye contact with cold. He turns around and we leave the park. I turn back to colt smirking at me and making a call me motion with his hands. Although I could show of what motion I could do with my hand I can't because I'm a good person.
"So that's him." Zed says.
"Yeah." I say.
"It's a lot worse than I thought." Zed said surprised.
"Yeah." I say
"I'm gonna do something about this." He says angrily
"I know you are just not violently ok?" I ask
"Of course." He says agreeing. I smile at him
"Let me take you home." He insists.
"Ok" I accept.
"Well there goes a first impression for a park." He says looking at me with a smile. I give a small laugh. Soon we get to my house.
"Thanks for day other than colt." I say with a smile.
"Thanks for trying to show me new places even though it backfired." He said with a laugh.
"Well I would mind if we went back to the zombie light garden." I suggest.
"I wouldn't mind if it was tomorrow. I'll bring ice cream." He says.
"It's a date." I say with smile.
"Perfect." He says. I hug him. I let go and go to my door. I look back and wave. He waves back. I then enter my house.
