Sparks from your fingers

"Jisoo-yah take care of Seojun for the day okay? ahjumma and I are going to the city to get something" Seokjin tells his younger sister whose sitting on the couch lazily while doing some cross stitching with her legs up. She just nodded in reply and never even did took a glance of his brother who's on his tracks in approaching her "Do you want anything? I mean we're going to Seoul...Do you want Yogurt boxes and a bag of Banana-Choco Mallows?" he asks her while messing her hair and messing with the strings of yarn on her forehead. Jisoo then pouted and slapped his hands out of her view and still proceeded on her stitching. Seokjin was about to go upstairs to get ready but then he felt heat crawling up to his back from behind and that made him turn around from his tracks and faced her sister

She wants to tell me something

"What?" He asked her. Jisoo then sat up and begun doing actions with her arms, her way of talking to anyone
"We'll be home before you even know it, don't worry..." Seokjin replied with a laugh and proceeded on his way upstairs.

Jisoo just continued on stitching and stood up from the sofa in the process. She made it to her younger brother's room while doing some stitching on her way there. Jisoo stopped for a while and went to his bed and fixed the blanket then shoved him gently to the side. She laid down beside the young boy whose sleeping peacefully and groaned a bit when he felt movements beside him. Jisoo faced his younger brother and smiled at the view of his fluffy cheeks and ruffled soft hair spread across his forehead. When finally she had finished her cross-stitch, it showed a picture of a young boy that stood at the center with pine trees in shades of blue and gray surrounding him. It made her smile purely then placed the stitched art with it's stitching tools still attached to it on the bedside table, then went back to facing the young child and snuggled with him until she had dozed off to dreamland.

Suddenly she felt the bed dance and shake as if someone was bouncing on it and as she had assumed, it was her brother jumping enthusiastically beside her.
"Noona! Hyung and ahjumma had left! let's play let's play!" Seojoon tells her as he fell back to the bed and tugged on Jisoo's arms. She just smiled in reply and nodded (happily) to which made the young child scream in pure  joy.

They both made their way to the living room and Jisoo then held Seojoon in her arms and raised him until he had reached the top shelf. Seojoon reached for a box and hugged it tightly as Jisoo had finally set him back to the ground. They ran and sat on the wooden floor then Seojoon started settling the wood box in between them and opened it while Jisoo was clapping in excitement. It contained Chinese sticks, puzzles, large magnetic stones, jackstone, some other more toys and even there were 5 boxes of sparklers.

They had begun playing until they had got tired, they had lied down to the wooden floor when all of a sudden Jisoo's stomach made a rumbling sound that made her younger brother chuckle out loud. Jisoo then went to the kitchen and prepared their lunch, while Seojoon went near the TV and switched it on then went back to the toys that were spread across the floor and slowly collected them, placing them back in the box. Waiting for the jjigae to be finally cooked, the boxes of sparklers came to Jisoo's thoughts. Again she reminded herself not to mention anything about it to Seojoon, cause she knows that he would beg her to light them up.

Seojoon loves shiny sparkling objects but then he doesn't know about what I can do

She woke herself up from her thoughts and begun preparing for their lunch. After setting the table, she made her way to the living room and get Seojoon to eat lunch. She was stunned with the view of seeing Seojoon sitting on the floor while holding the boxes of sparklers in his grasps."Noona, what are these? I read the words and it says sparkle! Does this sparkle?! How?!" Seojoon asks her while jumping on his tiny toes. This made Jisoo scratch her nape and tried to think of any excuse but then she had nothing in mind. She just looked down at Seojoon and shaking her head to the sides telling him he can't."But noona! I...wanna see...something bright" Seojoon begged and sulked down to the floor. Jisoo felt bad at the sight of his brother feeling down and (sad).

She got the matchboxes from inside the box, but to her dismay, they were all empty. After she checking it all one by one, she looked up to the young and only met a teary gloomy face of hisWait--- no way I can't do it in front of himShe wanted to slap herself for what she was planning to do but it breaks her heart seeing her brother sad and down, he doesn't want Seojoon to feel disappointed and gloomy all day. She hesitated on grabbing the box of sparklers but took them anyway with her hands shaking. Looking down at her brother with a faint smile, she saw his eyes twinkle in anticipation and still had tears in them. Slowly she slid the lid open and faintly pulled a single stick then held it to their side. Jisoo held the stick while shaking and staring at it for a while then closed her eyes secretly cursing herself in her mind.

"What are you waiting for noona? Light it up! Please!" Seojoon was jumping in his seat but when he held a matchbox and realized it was empty, he stopped and slouched down"B-but the- match sticks are empty noona----" Seojoon looked up to her noona in dismay and all of sudden gawked at the sight he just witnessed before him.She saw Jisoo rubbing her thumb and forefinger as if she was dusting off dirt from her fingers, but astonishingly sparks and specks of fire came from her fingers until she snapped those two fingers and had a small single fire on her finger making it look like it was a candle.

She then lit the stick and waited for the flame to burn the gunpowder.Seojoon's eye was as wide as ever when finally the sparkler began lighting up, having sparks come out of it."Noona, there are sparks from your fingers too" Jisoo just smiled in reply and went back to watching the sparkler.

Night had finally come and Jisoo's older brother with their grandma had got home from the city. They both made sure that the house was out of smoke and mess from what they did earlier at lunch. Jisoo knows that if ever her grandma knew that she had shown her younger brother about her ability, she would get very angry and would never allow her to be near Seojoon ever again. They are having dinner and everyone ate silently to which weirded Seokjin and her grandma out. Usually, Seojoon would be active on the table and would be very talkative to which their grandma would not even scold him, he would share stories about what had happened and what he did with her noona. But now is different and he began pondering why,

"Did you two had fun today or something?" Seokjin asks while eating. It was silent but not too long until Seojoon spoke "Ye--yeah...it was fun...hyung..." Seojoon stuttered and shoved broccoli in his mouth after. Seokjin's forehead wrinkled at the sight of his younger brother whose face is blank and unconsciously ate broccoli even though he doesn't really like eating one"Seojoon-ah, you just ate a broccoli...are you sure you're okay?" Seokjin stopped eating and leaned near his brother. Jisoo then faced and nudged her younger brother then nodded her head towards Seokjin'What's happening to you? Talk and act properly please'"Did you two fought?" Suddenly their grandma asked them with her soft voice
