"Dude best waffles ever!" Blaise said shoving another piece into his mouth. "I'm glad you like them." I put my head on the table. My mind was just cluttered with thoughts, mostly about my dad, my mom and stuff at school. It hasn't been really good. My mood completely shifted, not getting sleep helped thoughts go away. I was mainly thinking about getting sleep. "Hey you okay?" Blaise grabbed my hand and rubbed it with his thumb. My stomach was filled with anxiety, it started to hurt, I felt like I was going to throw up. "Uh yeah, yeah. I'm fine. Just not hungry, you know?"  "It just doesn't seem like you, you usually love waffles." He got up and stood behind me, he hugged me. "I'm fine, I swear. I'm just not hungry for waffles. Actually do you want a pickle? I'm gonna go get one right now." I stood up and pushed Blaise away. "Uh no I'm good. Are you okay?" I walked down the hallway and slammed my door. I just hate when people bother me into opening up. Blaise knows this! I changed my pants and pushed past Blaise to get to the door. Before I opened it Blaise stopped me, "Where are you going?" He held my shoulder. "To get a pickle, why?" I shook my keys, hinting at me leaving. He gave me a confused look and tapped his collar bone twice. That was our signal to talk to each other. I tapped my thigh once. He sighed. "Fine." I swung open the door and left.~~~
