The Last Battle

In a few days we had enough to get to the Most Wanted Player. But we had to defeat a few more people to get there because the system didn't let us defeat the first and cheat the system. "Why don't you summon your laptop and hack the system so we can defeat Cy?" James asked. I sighed. He knew perfectly well why, but was probably playing stupid. "It takes too much energy to summon my laptop and I need that energy for the Last Battle in this game." I said. James growled and we challenged the 10th player. It seemed like he didn't count on alot of challengers and we crashed him in no time.

The 9th player put up a bit more of a fight. He drove off into the city, trying to lose us. But in the few days I was in the city I almost knew every turn, every shortcut, and soon enough I saw him again. The Most Wanted Player tried to look behind and steer to be a bit quicker so he could predict our moves. It could've worked, if he didn't crashed into that one tree. Another one down, lots more to go.

Until the 5th player the fights were kind of boring. That guy made his place a real challenge. As we drove up to him, he revved his engine and blasted nitro out of his tank, picking up speed as quickly as possible. James dodged him by a few yards. Kate just made it, but Lynn would be dead meat if I didn't jump in. I revved my engine and boosted into his rear. My Ford was almost indestructible, so instead of forward momentum, it changed to right momentum, without him doing anything. I slowly parked him at a tree, backed off and went to ramming speed. The 5th saw his chance and drove away, in ramming speed to James. Then Lynn came out of nowhere, and landed ontop of him. She had seen a ramp and took the oppertunity to get onto the 5th. The player exploded, leaving only Lynn in the explosion alive. Why would a spy keep their targets alive?

The Boss was in a raging fit, slamming all the stuff off his desk. "Why did she save James?" He roared. The Overseer got tinier and tinier, and at last the Boss turned to him and asked: "Why, little Dwarf, why did she save him. He is her target. Has she forgotten the deal because she was this long with them?" The poor dwarf didn't have an answer right away so the Boss threw him into a wall. "Why!" the Boss yelled, long and loud. The 'why' slowly went into a softer more sad tone. "Why is Raven this good?" the Boss asked, to no one in particular, because the Overseer was still stuck inside a wall. Then the Boss sat down, trying to think of a plan. Raven will be destroyed, he thought, I will not give up.

As I slowly drove to the last Most Wanted player, it wasn't Cy. It was the Agent. "Ah, you are looking for the 1st Most Wanted Player, right?" the Agent asked. "Well you are looking right at him. And to make this more fun..." He didn't finish his sentence and did something with a tablet. Then my car vanished into thin air, just like the others. James instantly started kissing the grass, resulting in him coughing, because he swallowed a bit of grass. Lynn rolled her eyes and Kate just stared at the Agent, with a stare deathlier than my absorption shield. If I could get that tablet, I could summon my laptop and we could have another admin battle. Kate actually was a few steps ahead of me, running at the Agent and kicking him in... Oh goodness. I'm very lucky she is at my side, I thought. While the Agent was flinching in pain, he dropped the tablet. Kate ran to me and gave me the tablet. The Agent already had another ready. So I quickly changed the tablet into a laptop and went to work. When I looked up with a red Katana in one hand and the absorption shield in the other, I saw alot of Agents. All with their freakishly scary smiles. I didn't know the code to duplicate myself, so I summoned some guns. All the teams favorite guns. James, with a Negev machiene gun in hand, Lynn with a shotgun, and Kate with a sniper in hand. Then chaos happened. While we were fighting more and more Agents seem to pop up out of nowhere. I looked around to find the real one, but they all were doing the same, making more and more Agents. I was done with all the ugly faces. "Kill me!" I yelled. Kate looked at me with a eyebrow raised and her sniper doubtful in my direction, but then shot. I blocked it with my shield. "Can't you do better than that?" I yelled, taunting them. James suddenly knew what to do. He raised his Negev and rapidly shot me. I blocked everything with my shield. Lynn ran, suddenly popping up behind me and shot me with her shotgun. I summoned another absorption shield and blocked her shot. A minute later a red light flickered on both of my shields. It was near capacity. I flicked the switch. James, Lynn and Kate all scattered into different directions and two deathly rays blasted trough the air, leaving all the agents in the dust. One was now quickly tapping his tablet and I focused fire on that Agent. All the other Agents dissapeared, and a shield blocked the Death Ray. The guy was smart. When the Death Ray stopped, he was still there, but he was at low energy. He didn't know how to effciently use his energy. I walked up to him and stabbed him with my Katana. He slowly sank to the ground and tapped the tablet a few more times. A portal opened. "Leave me alone, I want to die in peace." the Agent said. "Thank you, for releasing me from his grasp." Then the Agent looked up into the sky and closed his eyes. I left him alone and we went trough the portal.
