''Ma forreal I really don't want to move. I can't never stay in one school for more than 2 years''. I said as I packed my bags.
'' Rah you know my job transferred me down here and we gone stay here till you graduate wether you like it or not.'' she said as she rolled her eyes putting her suitcase in the truck.
''I mean like I just don't understand how Shawn can stay with daddy and I gotta move with you'' I said slamming the trunk.
''Slam my Shit again I promise you I will slap you into next week don't play with me rashon now i know you got yo little friends but you ain't bout to disrespect me.'' she said while getting in the car.
'' Can't wait till I get my own car'' I mumbled to my self while getting in the car.
We pulled up to my daddy's house and Shawn hopped out the car.
My granny was sitting on the porch like always smoking her cigarettes. ''Heyyy granny'' I said walking up to the porch.
''Hey girrlll'' she said putting out her cigarette getting up to hug me.''
Where daddy at? He in his room?'' I asked.
'' Yeah he in there getting on my nerves'' she said.
''Ight I'm bout to go talk to him real quick you know say my last goodbye you know '' I said while walking in the house.
I walked down the hallway knocking on his door.
''Come in'' He said.
''Hey daddy what you doing in here'' I said sitting on his bed.
''Nothing getting ready to go to work'' he said.
''well you know today my last day here just wanted to talk to you for awhile'' I said getting up.
''Yeah I just wanted you to know that I love with all my heart and if you ever need anything just call me'' he said hugging me and kissing my cheeck.
'' I love you to and I promise that I'll call you everyday'' I said hugging him back.
''SHAWN'' I yelled walking down the hallway.
''Why are you yelling'' He said walking out his room.
''Because I can little ugly dude'' I said walking up to him. ''Imma miss you cuz'' I said dapping him up.
''Imma miss you to, and you need to stop with that cuz Shit and you not Crippin'' he said.
''It's all gang Shit over here fam you already know big c's in this bitch'' I said holding up my c's.
He pushed me away laughing.
I walked outside while he followed behind me.
''You ready to go now'' my ma said.
''Yeah,bye granny Imma miss you I'll call you everyday when we get there'' I said standing in the porch.
I walked back to the car and waited till my ma unlocked the doors.
I got in and waived through the window to my granny and brother.
I mouthed I love you to him and he said it back through the screen door.
I layed my head on the window as we pulled off and got ready for this long ride to Kansas City Missouri.
