Chapter 33: Gossip Village

I woke up in my bed at the expedition society base to see Zap doing something. I got up out of the bed (literally bundles of hay carved in a special way) and saw him spaming buttons on his expedition tool. "What are you doing?" I asked. He didn't anser me. I look over him and saw some game that looked like flappy bird, but with a pidgey instead. I slaped Zap and he stoped playing the game. "Sorry. I needed that" he said. He looked tired and had bags under his eyes. He just sat there dazed off. I grabed his hand and draged him all the way to the cafe in the expedition society base and ordered a coffee for him. I handed him the coffee and he just sat there. Eventually he drank it and I imediantly regreted giving him coffee. He jumped up on a table in an astonishing speed. Then he ran out the base into a thick forest so I just followed him. He ran for miles and after chasing him for a hour or two he stoped. I sat down and drank some of the moomoo milk I stocked up on and I felt energized in no time. Zap was spinning like he was dizzy so I grabed him and made him sit."wow we ran far" he said. I looked around and saw some sign and it said -Gossip Village straight ahead-. I decided it was time to explore more instead of going back to the base. "Lets Go!!" I shouted to Zap. We walked ahead for one minute exactly and ended up in a place with a bunch of houses and tables. Above sat a sign that read -Welcome to Gossip Village-. I pondered why it was called that. We just walked forwards and Zap said "Woah look!" as he pointed to the left of me. There was a big stage with millions of chairs in front of it. People were on the stage talking about something to their big audiance. We walked over to them to hear them "Gossiping". "So thats why its called that!" Zap said. We watched as a chatot said "I heard a greninja and a riachu were entering the village's turf". We imediantly ducked behind a house. "And that they were going to destroy the town" he continued. The chatot left the stage and a familliar pokemon entered the stage. It was marshadow again for some reason. I gave him looks from behind the house and as he looked at the cheering crowd he spoted me. I went back behind the house and I heard the microphone on stage yell "the greninja and riachu are in the village. The whole viewing crowd ran towards us when marshadow said the words "I will give a million poke to whoever catches them. We ran into a random house and decided to stay there until the heat went down. "Who's there?!?!" said a voice that seemed to be in the house.
