Chapter 1: The Relic

I was on my 3d's playing Pokemon games on a sunny summer day and to my suprize my eevee egg just hatched. "Thats cool" I mumbled to myself as I continued playing pokemon. my parents came bursting through the door. "WHAT THE HECK!!" I shouted in panic as I tumbled to the ground. I got up to see my mom carrying a cake and my dad holding a big giagantic box in wrapping. "Happy Birthday!!" they yelled as I imediantly remebered it was my tenth birthday. Tomorrow I would go to Proffeser Palm's labatory to get my first starter pokemon. My mom wanted me to get a feneken so I would get a delphox when it evolved while my dad wanted me to get a treeco so it could evolve into sceptile, but I had my own idea of what I wanted.

(The next day)

In proffeser Palm's lab I choose my starter. "Cydaquil please" I said with confidence. Proffeser Palm gave me a pokedex, 5 pokeballs, and cyndaquil's pokeball. Just before I left Proffeser Palm asked me to do him a favor. He wanted me to get a relic for him that was 5 miles away in an achient temple. Why couldn't Proffeser Palm get it himself? I thought, but I went anyways. I found the relic deep in the temple. It was a mini arcues statue. I grabed it and put it in my bag. Just as I got out the temple I felt drowze and had a splitting headche. I sat on a log as I slowly passed out.
