Professor Brian Hayes, a highly successful historical journalist of Park Industries, had recently been competing for this job against many others, although his biggest competition was Dr Taylor Cox - a 28 year old senior historical journalist. Dr Taylor Cox, who worked for the same company, was quite formal and always had a kind heart-who always looked out for others. Dr Cox was tall, slim with long wavy chestnut hair and had it all, great looks and a sparkling ambition.
Brian, who was 37, had experience on his side and had won prestigious awards for his journalism. With his jet black hair and his piercing blue eyes, he was never short of admirers. Why had he suddenly become a target? Who would feel such hatred towards him?
