" We think it is. You seem to have the same traits. Plus, Afrodite has a feeling." he said in a "isnt it obivios" voice.

" So you expect us to save you when your world crumbles?"

" Well the choice is up you, but we would greatly appraite it. We know, though, that Serina will help. Thats what the Queen predicted."

" The hell she will. She wont do anything if i dont allow her. And i dont. I refuse to let her risk her life for a bunch a people we just met. And not by choice at that."

" Thats not at all what I meant October. I did not in anyway mean to seem that way. Im sorry if you felt like we are attacking you."

I felt bad now. I didnt mean to be rude, i just dont like when people try to tell me what to do. Or when they think they have some power over Serina. It doesnt help that i havent been going to anger mangament like im supposed to lately either.

" Its fine, im sorry too."

"Its fine. I know you havent been going to your classes. And the things that happened with your parents and yourself. It makes complete sense."

He knew. How could he know? No one knew about the things that happened at my so called "home". How my dad beat me and tried to Serina. I didnt allow that, Sure it got me extra but if it meant protecting her, then it was worth it. That was before my mom started drinking. When i told her she didnt care, she said i desevered it. That i was a bad girl then she would call in my father and tell him i was saying things. I had no one that cared for me except my best friends, Sam and Matt, and a teacher of mine, Zack Officer. Speaking of them, they are probabaly freaking out right now.

" How do you know about that?" I said in a very serious tone.

" We have, of course, been keeping an eye out for you. In fact, i have something for you when we are finished here."

I looked at him quizzually. He smilply smiled, stood up and motioned for us to follow. Everyone but Bane Serina and I stayed where they were. We followed Jiles down a hallway.

" Stay here. When im ready for you, i will call." Jiles said disappearing into the next room. I looked at Bane.

" So what do you think it is?" I asked him trying to make converstaion.

" I have no idea, I have a hunch, but im not sure."

" Well what you hunch?"

" I think, hopefully, he brought us a mall." He said in a scarscatic voice. " Haa. Im just kidding i have no idea. But it was fun stringing you along,"

I was about to say something when Jiles called us. We walked into the room he was in to fine figures shaped like people standing there. I couldnt make out their faces but something about them seemed familar. Jiles turned up the lights and i screamed with joy. There in front of me stood my favorite peopel in the world. My best girl friend, Sam Mias, My best guy friend, Matt Shurrot, and my teacher that i have a crush on, Zack Officer. They all came rushign towards me. I heard Bane and his friends arcoss from me. Sam was the first to hug me. she hugged me so hard and we instantly started crying. Next was Matt, he gave me a bear hug and squeezed me to death. Last but certianally not least, Zack grabbed me, picked me up, and spun me around. He looked at me intensely and i think he was about to kiss me when Bane tapped my shoulder.

" i would like you to meet some people. This is Tom, my best friend in the entire world," he said pointing to a dark hair cutie, " This is my other best friend Lilly," He said pointing to a pretty girl with blonde hair and this is my uh, girlfriend, uh, Andi." He pointed to a beautiful red hair girl with the bluest eyes. They smiled and said hello.

" Salutations guys. Im october." I said waving. " These are my friends. This " i said grabbing Sams hand " is my beautiful best girl friend Sam Mias." I grabbed matts hand " This is my best guy friend. His name is Matt." Zack still had his arms around me. " And this" i said elbowing him slightly and laughing " is Zack." They all waved their hellos. I was about to say something when the girl named Lilly spoke up.

" Um, sorry i dont mean to, uh, rude but i was wondering, um, you and Zack going out?"
