My hands started to shake as the foot steps got louder. Caroline stood behind me and rubbed my back as the boys filed into the room.

"Hi." I smiled as they all walked over to me. Goodness, this was really happening. "I'm Ally, I'm a big fan." I tried to keep my voice steady as the boys all sat down in the chairs around my bed.

"It's nice to meet you, Ally. We're happy to be here today. We've heard a lot about you." Liam grinned as the other boys nodded.

The boys sparked conversation pretty quickly. They were asking me about what I like to do and what I did before I came to the hospital. "So will you be in here the whole time?" Harry questioned, slightly awkward.

"Uh, well, I could leave but I'd just go and sit at home in my room all day. My Nanny works a lot so I'd be there alone and if anything happened I'd be screwed." I laughed and they all looked a bit taken back. "Sorry, I have a weird sense of humor about this."

"I mean, it's good that you could have a sense of humor at time like this. You're pretty positive for being terminally ill." Niall said.

"Yeah well, there's nothing I can do about it so why let it consume me? I don't want to spend my last few months depressed and miserable. I'm trying to make the best of it. I'm only in my first month though so it's not that bad yet." I told them as they listened intently.

After talking for another hour or so Niall brought out his guitar and we had a nice little jam session. They were so much fun to be around. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends rather than pop sensations.

"We have to head out soon." A tall man in all black came in and told the boys. They started to pack up, making small chit chat with me. I wish they could stay forever. I wish I could shrink them and keep them in my pocket for when I got down.

"It was really good to meet you Ally. I hope you stay positive and remember that we love ya." Louis said as each of them gave me a gentle hug as if I was going to break.

I said goodbye to them, feeling a bit sad that they were leaving and I was never going to see them again. "They said that it was your birthday this weekend, here's a gift from us." Liam handed me a box and I opened it up. It was a bunch of signed one direction stuff including a little CD with no print on it.

"What's this?"

"Well, we decided to give you the demo for our album that's coming out later this year. You've got to promise not to leak it. We wanted you to hear it. Thanks for being such a great fan." He leaned down and gave me another hug, this time not as gentle.

"Wow... I'm speechless. You guys made my day. Hell, you made my year." I grinned, my cheeks hurting.

"Goodbye Ally, stay positive." The boys waved goodbye to me as Caroline came rushing back in.

"So?" She grinned, sitting on the edge of my bed and holding my hand.

"I can't believe that just happened!" I squealed, freaking out now that they were gone. Caroline sat in my room with me and we listened to the new album. I cried and laughed more times in that hour then ever before. "Gosh, I'm content now." I sighed, leaning back against my bed.

Whenever Nanny got to the hospital we listened to the album all night until she had to leave. I showed her the hundreds of pictures I took and she was ecstatic that they came. "I'm sad I'll never see them again but at least I got to see them once." I mumbled, putting up all the gifts as I got ready for bed.

"I'm happy your dream came true." She kissed the top of my head before heading home.

Over the next couple weeks things were definitely getting a bit harder. Not necessarily health wise but I was just so stir crazy. Caroline and I went on walks outside around the courtyard every once in a while and they had me teaching an arts class to some of the little kids but I couldn't help but feel cooped up.

I wanted to go home but the better part of me knew it wasn't a good idea.

I was sitting in the chair in my room watching Stranger Things when Caroline came in, a weird smile on her face. "What?" I giggled as she stood there. "Caroline! You're making a weird face!"

Just then Niall walked into the room and I nearly dropped my computer. "Hey Ally." He smiled, walking over to me.

"Uh hi... I- uhm-"

"Sorry to kind of just come by unannounced but I've just been thinking about some things lately." He pulled up a chair and sat next to me. I watched as Caroline quietly left the room.

"The boys and I really enjoyed hanging out with you. We thought you were incredible and your story just really stuck with me. I couldn't stop thinking about how you said you'd be here the entire time and I don't even know if this is possible but we'd like to ask you to come with us. I understand if not, I don't really know what your daily medical routine is like and if it's even possible but if you want to, even for a little... you should."

"Excuse me? Your asking me to come with you guys on tour? I don't under-"

"I know it's really crazy and sudden but you're the only wish we've had that is terminally ill and it kind of rattled me- I mean us. We just want to help you make the best of what you have left." He leaned forward and placed his chin in his hands. "You don't have to give us an answer now. You can talk it over with family, nurses, doctors whoever you need to. We leave in a week." Niall grabbed my phone and put his number into it and told me to either call or text when I decided what I wanted to do.

My mind was racing that night as I tried to go to sleep. Niall Horan asked me to go on tour with One Direction. This couldn't be real, I must be dreaming.

Hey ya'll I'm back! Do you think she'll go on tour or will they keep it long distance? Comment and vote and let me know if ya'll want me to continue writing this. The first chapter got good reviews but it's been a while! So let me know if you're still interested!!!
