You were walking to school with a busted lip your dad recently gave you, your mom on the other gave you the cuts on your arm. The grass seemed to die along your feet, but that was okay because you got to see your crush; sans. Ever since you met him at school you've been the best of friends.

The damp side walk make contact to my feet making me wince at my legs. filled with bruises and burns, I turn a corner to the school and see sans talking a black haired girl at the entrance of the school, your best friend.
I see her giggle from afar, she kisses sans' teeth as he jumps. You loved sans, so you felt jealousy pitting in your stomach...nothing new. I turned around not wanting to see the scenery and pull out a cigarette lighting it up. It's not good for me, but it's my only escape. The smoke poured out my mouth, I took another glance at sans and what was that back stabbers name again? oh, yes Seraph. They were holding hands, I am furious...They have perfect lives, and I'm suffering here. She knew I loved him so much, and she took him away from...me. Though...he was never really mine, was he?

I hide my lip into my scarf, not wanting to catch attention. I ran past the love birds, not really realizing how hurt I was until I felt a tear fall. I gasp when I hear footsteps behind me. Her voice makes me want to cry even more "Hey! (y/n) guess what? Me and sans got together" I avoid eye contact, saying nothing.
"Yeesh..I thought you'd at least be happy since your best friends got together" I still stayed silent and walked into the hallways of the school. Sans quicksteps you and looks at your face which you quickly hide your lip. "(Y/n) look at me" You glanced at him as tear slid down your cheek. "Hey...what's wrong??" He tried to calm you down.
"Nothing just leave me alone, you guys are um nice...I really have to go".
You really did have to go, your dad would murder you if you were late to class. You turned to go around sans but he stops you. "What? Why do you always leave me and atiana alone? Are you not happy for us?? Are fucking you kidding, you know what I've been through to be there for Seraph and what she's been through for me. Why the fuck can you not be happy for us?!" his voice rising. I hated being yelled at, I deserve it though. I deserve every hit, kick, cut, slap, and insult I get.

"I guess I'm never satisfied sans, I'm not happy for you two then..." I say, i just needed to go. As I walk past sans he pushes me to the ground and walks away. A pit of sadness shoots heart at my heart, my arms tremble as I lift myself up. I laugh while sobbing, it was repulsive. I walked to class already feel the bruises and cuts ache, skin stretching roughly making me hiss each step I walk.

I take a seat next to my trusty friend. Reina, she patted my back as I fell asleep half. It was already the end of the day when I opened my eyes. Sans and Seraph didn't wait for me at the end of the day like they always did. Oh well, walking home alone is just as fun I guess. I run home still aching, I just want to sleep and never wake from my dreams, they always seem sweeter than reality.

I walk to the park to already see Sans and Seraph. Shit i dont have my scarf!

Sans hears a stick break, which I accidentally step on. He turns around. "(y/n), are you going to your secret place?" you hear a little edge in his voice as you nod, hiding your face. "Look at us (y/n)" Seraph says. You turn around shakily as their eyes widened, "WHO THE FUCK?" Sans yells as he seethes in anger at your beaten face. "It's okay!...I'm alright!!" I say with fake reassurance. "It's fine sans, she says it is and plus, she isn't worth our time anymore" Seraph's voice was dripping with venom.

Sans rips his hand away from hers "Just stop Seraph...She isn't fine, and neither is your attitude" "So what? you're the one who pushed her, she showed her true colors when she didn't support our relationship." Sans froze, "Just stop!" he yelled as she scoffed and walked away shakily.

I pale at his hand softly cupping my cheek. "I'm sorry..." You look at him tears in your eyes as you trying to keep up your composure.
He sunked down with me. "Why...?" You sobbed at him, he was confused.
"Why do you impact me so much? Why did you hurt me like that?" You gripped onto his blue hoodie.
He closed his eye sockets with a sigh. "I know, I know...I should've been there...I'm so sorry please forgive me..." He looked at you.
"I loved you, you know that...but you always looked away from me...so I thought you didn't want a monster like me..."
"I-I do..." I stammer to him. He gets up slowly, "I'll call the cops for your dad but, listen...we're not compatible as we were before...I'm sorry." (JUST KIDDING) "Then, stay with me...no matter what? And even now, you can't go back to that hell hole okay?" He hugs me tightly, You smiled "okay...!" You suddenly frowned, "What about Seraph?" You looked up at him, he thinks for a bit "I'll break it off with her, alright?" You look down "Hey, I'm not just breaking up with her for you. I'm breaking up with her because she showed her true colors. I can't be with someone who doesn't have any kindness in their heart." I smile at him, I didn't want to be the reason their relationship is gone when they were happy. But now I know, I was his first choice.

okay...so, i don't know if i should discontinue this book, im torn....help?
