When you sleep together, you always start on opposite sides of the bed but when you wake up the next morning, you're tangled up together and sometimes even struggle to untangle.

For example:

Quietly, I yawned, I wanted to pretend that I wasn't tired so that Oswald and I could continue with our movie marathon but alas, Oswald saw me yawn. He chuckled and smirked playfully at me.

"You're tired." He stated. It was a statement not a question, he just knew.

"No, I'm not!" I tried even though I knew it would be no use arguing.

"C'm'on," At this point, Oswald yawned too. "I think we both need an early night."

I sighed in defeat and stood from the sofa, I  trekked up to mine and Oswald's shared room. I changed quickly and slipped into my side of the bed knowing that I was to soon be joined by my penguin-y companion.

"Are you in bed Y/N?" He whispered, I simply waved to him. Almost silently, Oswald chuckled and got into the bed on the opposite side of the bed.

"Night, Pengy." I whispered into the deafening silence of the night.

"Goodnight." He replied. After that I fell into a dreamless sleep that felt like it lasted only moments.

When I awoke the next morning, my head was beside Oswald's, our legs entwined and our arms around each other. I knew that for the past few days Oswald hadn't been getting as much sleep as he should be getting and it was early, so I wanted to get out of bed as quickly and as quietly as possible to avoid waking Oswald. I started with my upper body, I easily moved my arms then carefully moved his, again this was relatively easy. I pushed up on my arms then rotated my body to look at our legs, this, I knew, would be a task.

I twisted my left leg and began to remove it when Oswald shifted, I stopped suddenly and held my breath, nervous he would awaken, I let go when Oswald simply resumed his slumber. With a new ease, I continued to remove my leg and was this time successful. After this, I knew it would be much easier to move my other leg and it was. It practically slid out from Oswald's grip and now I easily rolled out of bed and made my way out of the room.

It is nice waking up beside him.
