The next morning, at around 5 am (which is before my mom could notice I'm missing), Stan brought me back home. "I'll be back out in 10 minutes." He looked at me oddly. "Oh, because we're just friends I don't have a ride to school anymore?" I asked. He laughed. "Right, I forgot. Alright, 10 minutes, I'm timing you." he said. I ran inside and got dressed in under 7 (new record) and ran back out. "They said we're all meeting where you were last night, so it looks like we're going back to the Quarry." he said.

Once we got there, they were all sitting in a circle. Bill was the first to see us, and he looked supremely pissed. "Where the hell were you?" he asked. He wasn't stuttering at all. "At Stan's. I can explain." I said, seeing Richie's head pop up. "Oh you can? Then why?" he asked. "You didn't see all the dried blood on the way here? "

"I did."

"It was me! Bower's tried to kill me essentially, and I was perfectly ready for death until Stan found me. Nothing happened you dipshits, he just saved my life." Richie stood there like an idiot. "Well, now I feel like a dick." "That makes two of us." said Bill. "Three," said Stan. "I came to apologize for yesterday. I shouldn't've-"

Richie looked mad, going red in the face. The only thing missing: puffs of smoke flying out of his ears. He balled his fist, but I took his hand to hold so he wouldn't try to fight Stan. I don't need that issue on my mind, too. "said what I did. I had no right. I'm sorry." he said. He held out his hand, and Richie leaned into me. "He's telling the truth. Just forgive him." Richie went up to him and shook his hand, showing they were at peace now. "I have to tell you guys something." I said. "What is it?" asked Bev. "I'm done not telling you things. I saw It again last night."

"Shit, Sara. Shit." said Eddie. "This can't be real. Bill must've said something that put you over the edge. He's not back." "Oh so my possession wasn't enough proof? My bad." "Sara," Bill said, "W-w-what'd you s-see?"

"He's still in the sewers. He said you tried to kill him. He's not just coming for me. He wants all of us. He comes back every 27 years. He didn't starve. He's back for more." Bill looked nervously at everyone else. "We have to go back." he said. "Where?" asked Stan, sounding fidgety. "Neibolt." I said. Everyone looked at me. "I know he's there. We just have to find him."  I said. "You m-made a promise. It c-c-comes back. S-s-so will we."
