Kissing Troyler

Part 4

Tyler POV:

“Zoe, truth or dare?”

“Dare, I’m not nervous like you guys- bring it on Tyler.” Zoe states confidently

“Careful, Zoe your ego is showing.” I tease.

To insure my dare is worthy enough to use on Zoe I turn instantly turn to consult Troye. Without even thinking about what had just happened, I leaned into whisper my idea. Just as I lean in- my heart stops and reminds my head that Troye may not be comfortable with this. Slowly I lift my head until my eyes meet his and he gives me a knowing nod and says: “Bring it on Tilly. What does your scandalous imagination have in mind?”

I laugh- thankful he wasn’t able to see the excitement that his answer to my previous question had evoked. I continue to lean in and whisper “7 minutes in Heaven. Blind-folded.”

After a fit of giggles Troye managed to mumble “Yassss.”

7 minutes later Zoe and Alfie appear from the closet with smirks plastered across their face. My eyes went straight to Alfie who appeared to have one less layer and one more hickey than were there about 7 minutes ago. The whole room erupted in laughter and I began a round of applause. To which Zoe responded with a bow.

“Okay, okay you win this round Sugg.” I surrendered and then placed my hands back on the ground to readjust my sitting position. Instantly I noticed my left hand didn’t land on the soft rug but rather a much softer hand- without even thinking about it I stroked the hand. Looking down to see whose hand I had made contact with my nervous fears were confirmed as I realized it was my left side. Troye sat on my left side. I could feel my face getting hotter as I made eye contact with Troye as I whispered “sorry” and remove my hand as fast as humanly possible.  

Troye remained silent and although the game continued in the background I felt all alone and slowly becoming smaller.

Great Tyler now look what have done- first you find out he is gay now it looks like you are trying to make a move on him. How do you even have friends? I mean you are in the process of scaring away one of your best friends. Even though you might, possibly, probably have feelings for Troye you can’t just—

I looked down at my hand to its new place on the (sort of) soft rug and then at Troye. Right at that moment Troye’s eyes met mine and he did the one thing that sets me off- he winked. Just like that. I mean that kind of perfection shouldn’t even be legal. Then with the confidence that I wish I could have he slowly placed his hand back on top of mine and made me feel at home.

“Troye? Troye you awake over there?” Zoe was practically yelling now.

“Ahhhh Dare!” Troye jumps. “Sorry I wasn’t paying attention.”

Zoe looks straight at me, and then at Troye and back again. I mean really Zoe your eyes are like a freaking pinball machine. “Prefect.” Zoe laughs

Troye processes what Zoe had just said and mumbles “Shit, now I am have direclty fallen into Zoe’s plan. What I have I just signed up for? Someone please, Help me.”

“Hey Troye, what plan?” I whisper back.

When Troyes eyes immediately grow wider and refused to meet mine it hits be that I wasn’t supposed to hear this cry for help.

Troye POV:

"Troye, your dare is a 3 minute dance party." Zoe states.

"Common on Zoe, is that really all you got? Watch out 'I got the moves like Jagger" I taunt  giving my best shimmy as I start to stand up. I am not going to let Zoe get away with embarrassing me- I just have to show I am not afraid of a little fun.

"Hold up Troye. I wasn't finished. You have to dance with and on whoever I chose, to whatever genre I chose. Are you ready to hear who the lucky partner is."

"Somehow I think I already know who you have in mind." I mumble as I can feel my ego slowly start to deflated just as fast as it inflated. 

"Tyler! Are you ready to get your dance on?" Zoe teases. I begn to walk to the open corner of the room and wait to follow for Tyler to follow. Is is possible to do these three minutes without ever looking Tyler in the eyes? God I hope so cause you know I will sure as hell try.
