Here is another of Chloe's chapters!

That's it. I couldn't take it anymore. The loneliness I felt without Chesspiece was unbearable. I knew I had to take a risk and go looking for him. That's actually quite a huge risk because if I get caught with the stolen microship, I'll be in big trouble. Then I'd get seperated from Chesspiece for even longer.
You wouldn't understand how I feel about this, though. Nobody would.
I grabbed my coat and sprinted outside. It was cold. The wind blew hard against my face, but as I brought my hood up to cover my blond hair, I noticed that there were cat prints in the mud. It didn't lead very far, but I still had an idea of which way Chesspiece had gone. And these sure did look like his tracks.
I started following the tracks. It didn't lead very far, like I said, maybe about twenty feet.
I looked around. Where to go now?
"Chesspiece!" I called.
Nothing.
"Chesspiece!" I yelled again, a little louder this time.
Still nothing. I sighed and looked around the peaceful neighborhood.
Where was he?
I shivered as I felt a cold breeze brush against my skin.
Yes, it was cold, and yes, Apple Technologies might be far. But I loved my cat more than anything. And I wasn't going to stop looking until I found him.
