Chapter Ten

Right after school lets out Alex ask if I want to go uptown and the watch the guys play basketball and also when they are done he wanted to hang out afterward, so I agree to it.

In town, the guys were already there. Kyle, Aaron, Ayden, Brett, Keith, and Cayden, which you already know about him and some other guys that I forgot their names. Kylie, he about Alex height with black hair that looks like an arty hair style and ice blue eyes. Aaron is approximately 5'7 tall with short ginger hair and dark brown hazel eyes. Ayden is about 5'5 with blonde hair and amber eyes. Brett is 5'7 tall with brown hair and sea green eye. Keith is approximately 5'6 with ginger hair and brown eyes.

They all alright but if Brooke was here she will try to talk to them and Alex will tell her to leave them alone half the time. But she doesn't listen to him what he told don't do.

As I expected Brooke shows up and even Layla. I was sitting down at the picnic table with some of their friends and I got to know them little bit and they got to know me. When they reach to the table, it like everyone just quiet it down for some reason and I just wanted to know why but I don't want to lose their trust on me so I wanted and see how it turn out.

"Hey guys. How is it going?" Layla said.

"Hey." They all said at the same time, but in a different tone like they don't care about her. It must be something she did to them that cause them to act like this way.

"Not much, you?" Gabby said, and they began to talk. Gabby is approximately 5'2 tall with medium reddish-brown hair and green eyes.

Few minutes, by and they still play but after a few games they take a break and then start a new or where they left off. And when they not playing their game, Alex would come down and talk to me and Layla would try to get his attention but give up after a while. The guys appear to have some fun when they are teasing each other about something. And they ask a lot of questions to me and I kindly answer to them as I could.

After minutes later they went back to playing them for little more hour and then Alex and I are hanging out afterward. I don't know what we're intending to do, probably going to watch movies or go bowling. And if we are maybe we could some of his friends to come.

"How long have you two been friends?" Jo asks. Jo is 4'11 with shoulder length black with red highlights in her hair and sky blue eyes.

"Since I was in fourth grade and he was in fifth grade. What about you, how long you were friends with him?" I ask.

"Since we're; little, before he moved here." Jo, Kylie, Gabby, and Brett used to live down state but moved here after Alex and Cayden moved here but they go to a different school where we go. However, they still hang out time to time. But their thinking to come to our school that what Alex told me before I got there. It would be nice to get them at our school and they be able to hang out during school hour instead have to wait and figure what the best time to hang out together during the week or weekends.

"Alright see guys." Alex said that the guys after they finished their games after minutes ago.

"Are you sure, you don't want to tag along?" I ask them. Alex decides we go play bowling.

They all look at one another than Cayden say. "Yeah we sure. You two have fun, alright." We all say our goodbye and went our separation, expect for Alex he is following me behind I can drop off my car and we can take him. Brooke and Layla are coming I think, but I'm not sure so I guess we'll see if they are when we get there.

Along the way, there Alex turns the music down and said, "So what do you think of them."

"who? Your friends." He nods, and take a quick glance at me. "They are nice to hang out. Why?"
