chapter 22

Jess pov

A black,small orb appeared in my hands and I looked over to the dead plant to see it coming back to life.

I smiled to myself as Victoria tensed her face up a little bit then she fluttered her eyes open as her color came back to her face.

"W-what happened?" she asked making everyone snap up from their slumber. They all ran over to her while hugging her and ray explained everything.

"W-where's kierra?" She asked while looking around. "S-she's gone." Said chres immediately while looking out through window then his expression changed.

We all turned to the window to see the moon changing colors slowly from white to red.

"The Red Moon." I whispered and went over to the window. "They sped up the time. The vampires did this on purpose to catch us by surprise." I added and we all rushed out the hospital without saying a single word.

As the turned completely red I felt a rush through my body, goose bumps coming on my skin as a chill went up my spine then all of a sudden I was hit with a sharp pain right on my temple as we got to the house making me stop.

"You okay?" Asked victoria. "I'm fine." I growled and vi went over to everyone else. They all was putting their armor and stuff on in the library while I stumbled into the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror.

My disguise was wearing off and my eyes was turning red like the vampires. The red moon seemed stronger this time than the last and it was showing all over. "Are you coming?" Yelled prince from the living room and I silently panicked, "Um no! I think It's best for me to stay behind since I have no special abilities what so ever! " I exclaimed and I heard mumbles then I heard the door slam.

I ran out the bathroom to upstairs where my suit was suppose to be but forgot when I vanished I had it on so now I have no armor whatsoever, but for some reason my senses was leading me to the corner of the library where there was an open journal.

I picked it up,My daughter, Jessica, there is so much I meant to tell you but havent had the chance. Let me cut to the chase. I was once the queen of all witches but kept that hidden and that makes you an offspring of a vampire,werewolf and witch, I am terribly sorry I didn't tell you this in any other previous letters . If u look past the curtain in front of you my armor is there just in case you need it at any time, oh and I am not dead, you can find me a- then the page was ripped which made me furious as hell.

I shrugged it off for now and looked past the curtain to see an old wooden door. I opened it after a pull or two and saw a silver chest plate that had silver rubies on the breast area and immediately it would take your breath away by just taking a glimpse at it.

As I picked it up it felt different from any material I have ever felt but I put it on quickly which was a perfect fit and ran out the door.

Chres pov

We all was battling but got separated from each other and was on our owns but for some reason I was stuck with a non stop force.

As I finished another one off a flashing. light happened right in front of me and I felt something hug me tightly. As the flash faded I realized that it was kierra hugging me as a tear left her eye.

I didn't care if it was the real one or not I kissed her right on the lips and just starred at her in shock.

"How?" I asked and she looked down at the ground as her smile faded away.

Kierra pov

"I made a deal." I responded while remembering the deal I made.

Flashback

It was dark and cold but I was surrounded by fire everywhere I looked.

"Hello?" I called out and a black figure appeared right in front of my face making me take a step back in defense. "I am the devil, make a deal and you'll see your lover once more." He demanded and I instantly began sobbing at the thought of never seeing the people I love again.

"I will make this deal." I responded while pulling myself together, "The deal is sealed but be warned, you will have twins and the first born will be mines to keep,but you cannot tell your child until the blue moon comes out and that is on their 1,354th (18th) birthday..." Said the devil and with a blink of an eye I was brought back here.

End of flashback

I snapped out of it when I noticed, Jaden throwing a knife towards chres but I threw an icicle towards the knife and it shattered then ran right towards him with ice knifes in my hands but everyone stopped fighting when they heard a Mega growl and couldn't believe their eyes...
