chapter 23

Kierra pov

We couldn't believe our eyes, it was, Jessica, standing strong like an oak, looking as majestic as a goddess.

She looked around and showed a faint smile; Took a leap down from the cliff making a loud thud, making the fighters in the farther distance notice her and come to complete halt. You could hear whispers coming from both sides, but that all was interrupted by the breaking of trees.

The noise stopped as johnaya came to a hault no less then 100ft away from jess, "So let me get this straight, you can just pop up from nowhere? Or was you here all along and watched your people suffer through it all just because you didn't want to come back?"  Johnaya asked with a sly smirk, she knew jess disguised herself but she's trying to put everyone against her.

The werewolves started joining in and for some reason so did the vampires and we bust out fighting again while johnaya and jess just stood there.

Jess pov

It was just me and her and I was planning to get payback on every little thing.

Right as i thought that we both went charging at each other with all our might.

Prod pov

I wanted to battle but I had to make sure my father was safe, since johnaya tried to kill him once.

"Sir" Cried out a familiar voice as footsteps came towards us making me roll my eyes immediately.I didn't feel like looking at ej and was about to leave but it was too late, He walked in already.

"Sir! the girl everyone calls jessica has reported to battle!" Immediately I snapped my neck to him and back at my dad who was already looking at me, "Go, ej will keep watch of me." Stated my father and immediately i went running out the castle to the sounds of battle.

If he lied to me, I swear imma kill his puny ass.

Jess pov

the both of us was going back and foward, tumbling over each other, but she was slightly stronger and was on top of me with my shoulders pinned.

"Your mother would be filled with great sorrow when I tell her that you was killed." Johnaya said as she snickered. "She's alive?" I questioned, "Yup but she's not doing so good. Sooner or later she's gonna die of depression but oh well."

"Where is she?" I asked with my teeth grinding on each other, "You actually think that i will tell you?" I was so furious it felt like my good side just blacked out and I socked her right in her face making her fly into the trees ahead.

Before she could get up I kept punching her over and over while kicking. I let all my anger and confusion out on her without giving a flying fuck. I knew the vampire side of me was out because that's my most aggresive side.

"Jess?" Exclaimed a familiar voice and i snapped my neck around ready to hit but wrapped my arms around, prods neck and he hugged me back. "I missed you so much." He mumbled and I noticed in the distance jaden coming close; I released from the hug and leaped over to him and punched him hard.

"Thats for messing with me." I said while punching him one last time before he was out cold.

All of a sudden the hairs on my neck stood up and I snapped my neck around towards johnaya and without thinking my mind automaticaly read hers.

He's gon be mines now and that will for sure chrush her soul

I turned over to prod and he was battling with his back turnt from johnaya who was swirling her hands together, forming a red glowing orb of dust.

"Craig!" I exclaimed while running towards him but he couldn't hear me, "Prod!" I yelled again and he looked up at me and at that exact time johnaya released the orb.

I can't let her hurt him. I'm not losing another person.

I shuved him out the way and felt the sharp blow on my side and yelped out in pain as I rolled on the floor.

Prod pov

Jess pushed me and screamed in pain as she fell on the floor; I went running to her, going to my knees.

"Jess?" I felt her pulse and she was still breathing, "Move!" She demanded as she opened her eyes which was blood red instead of brown and pushed me as a red hover went over her body and she curled in a ball.

Everyone turned to her as she went to her feet, clinching onto her head as she stumbled around. She screamed in pain as the red hover went bright, blinding us all for a second.

The fade went away and there she stood, but it wasn't jess, She looked like jess but her hair was white and gray, eyes of red and her canine teeth poked out her mouth.

She looked around with a dead stare and looked straight at me as she announced, "Today is the day when a new era starts, an era of pure evil and no happiness, today is the day that your beloved Jessica has died and been reborn, I have warned you all of what will come, you may join me or go against me." Then she did a big leap away with the sounds of her landing over and over in the distance.

Johnaya snickered to herself and started vanishing, "Nighty night." She said in a soft voice and completely vanished and so did all the vampires.

She turned jess into pure evil.

Johnaya pov

I knew she would read my mind and try to save her love. This all was planned out likke a play, just how I wanted it.

I walked up to the new jessica whose head was in her knees, with her white hair covering her face, "I don't remember a single thing." She explained and I just smiled, "Join me and I promise we both will rule togehter and gain your memory back." I extended my hand out to her to shake and she starred for a second but then shook.

"Sister." I added and I began to chuckle to myself.
