Niall's POV
"Jennifer, get the hell out" I snarl at my ex-girlfriend that just won't leave me alone
"But Nia-"
"WHAT DID I JUST SAY" I scream
"Fine" she says as she rolls her eyes and walks out of my dorm and slams the door.
"Mate, what was that" Liam asks as he enters the room
"Nothing" I shake my head and walk away
Kennedy's POV
Today is the day.
The day I get some closure.
I finish curling my hair and adjust my clothes in the mirror
I get a text from Niall telling me that he's on his way.
I'm sitting on my bed playing 2048 when I hear a knock on the door
"Hey Niall" I say as I open the door
"Hey Kennedy, you ready to go?" He asks
"Yep, let me just grab my purse and my phone"
"Okay let's roll out" I say once i come back with my things
"Okay" Niall chuckles
"I like your bright colors" Niall says with a cheecky smile
"Yours too Horan" I wink
"Hey, can we stop by the flower shop, I want to get Allana some really pretty flowers" I ask
"Yea, of course"
------
I got Allana some white roses because she really liked those
We're at the funeral service but it hasn't started yet. I can see Allana in her coffin because I'm sitting in the front row. I can't bring it to myself to walk up to her.
"Just go" Niall nudges me
I walk up to the coffin and she doesn't look dead. She looks so lively, she's not pale and her skin looks so bright.
I kiss her forehead and go sit back down next to Niall.
About 20 minutes the church is filled with over 200 people and Anna and Erika have joined me in the front row.
-----
The pastor has said all his words and now it's time for the designated speeches.
"Okay can we have Kennedy Davis to give her words."
I walk up to the front of the church with the paper that had my speech on it.
"Good Afternoon everyone" I smile
I begin to read my prepared speech "Allana was a good person and-" I stop
"This is not a ordinary funeral so let's not listen to a boring prepared speech" I chuck the paper with my boring speech written on it, to the side
"Sometimes people leave. When they do we have to understand that it isn't the end of the world. Allana died in a happy state, with her closest friends. She was so lively. Her best bestfriend Erika always had her on her toes, always doing fun things and so did her boyfriend Hayes" I look over at Hayes and smile as I see a tear rolls down his cheeck. "Allana was the type of girl that wasn't the nicest or the most talkative when you first meet her, but once you get to know her you'll learn that she laughs at literally everything" I chuckle " There was this one time in seventh grade I was walking to class with Anna when she stopped me and just randomly hugged me. So we were just standing there hugging when a teacher comes up to us and says 'that's enough ladies' so we thought he was kidding so we just laughed then he stops walking and is like 'THAT'S ENOUGH LADIES' so we say at the same time 'oh?' we laughed so hard. To be honest I don't even know why we laughed so hard, we just kept laughing." I feel something warm roll down my cheeck "I just want everyone to stay strong because Allana wouldn't want you crying. She would want you to be happy that she isn't suffering. Allana was so golden and smart and she was just so beautiful. But nothing gold can stay and we'll just have to accept that."
