403 dead since Sunday
393,000 people trapped
BBC reports 420 air strikes, 140 barrel bombs since Sunday

                          
United Nations asked today for a 30-day truce in Russian/Syrian warplanes dropping bombs, so humanitarian deliveries could get in. 
Russia blocked the UN truce proposal. 

                          
Doctors Without Borders says:
-medicines, 
-blood bags, 
-general anaesthetic drugs 
-and intravenous antibiotics are running out. 

                          
14 hospitals were bombed.
10 doctors/volunteers were killed. 
Food is hard to find.

                          
A month ago, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, said there was evidence of several chemical attacks. 
Children died.
