In the room I see a beautiful dark red off the shoulder dress. "It's so pretty" I say to myself. I sit down at the vanity table staring at myself in the mirror, what am I doing? I'm up here while my dad decides my future. I don't get a say in anything, it's so frustrating. I slap my both of my cheeks to get myself out of my thoughts, "you can do this Mina" I say trying to convince myself. I slip on the dress. "Woah" I say to the mirror, I look so different. I never usually wear girly dresses but I look cute in this dress. I sit at the vanity table once again, I decide to put on some makeup. I might as well go all out if I'm meeting the man I'm going to spend the rest of my life with. I start with my eyes applying a nude smokey eye followed by mascara. I then apply foundation and then a nude lip colour. After I'm happy with how my makeup has turned out, I decide to curl my hair. While curling my hair, I hear someone entering the house. "I'm home" I hear from downstairs. It's a male voice, one that I felt like I recognised. I shake it off and continue to curl my hair. Once I finished the door to my room opened, it was Mrs Kim.
"You look beautiful" she says with a smile
"Thank you Mrs Kim" I say returning the smile "it's thanks to you choosing such a pretty dress."
Mrs Kim blushes "Well since I only have a son it was quite nice to shop for a girl for once" she says with a laugh
"Well if you chose this just for the meeting, I wonder what you chose for the wedding" I say
"Speaking of which" Mrs Kim starts "are you ready to meet your fiancé?"
"As ready as I'll ever be" I reply
"Good" she says taking my hand and leading me out of the door and down stairs. She let's go off my hand. I see my dad, Mr Kim and who I'm guessing is my fiancé chatting in a circle. My fiancé has his back to me but he's wearing a black suit and has noticeable wide shoulders. Mrs Kim walks over to her son.
"Mina I'd like to you meet" she says as her son turns around. I gasp as I see his face. I know him, I know his handsome face.
"Kim Seokjin" I breathe
