(Small trigger warning: Talk about self harm. I understand, if you want to skip over it lovelies. Take care of your own mental health first. I've marked the beginning and ending of this with ** so you can still read some of the chapter xx)
Besides the beautiful view of Miami's skyline, in front of me, fairy lights decorated the rooftops outdoor garden, and colourful rugs, pillows, and blankets were laid out on the floor surrounded by lit up tea lights. A big white sheet was hanging down from a string that was strung across two beams and the Netflix home screen was projected onto the sheet. Talk about taking Netflix and chill to the next level. I saw two pizza boxes and a food platter sitting on another cushion next to two champagne glasses and a bottle of bubbly.
(A/N: A mix of both and an outdoor garden aha)
"Hey princess," Noah grinned as he made his way towards me holding a bouquet of sunflowers wrapped in brown paper. I looked up at him in awe, "Noah this is incredible." He hands me the flowers with a cheesy grin on his face.
He chuckled, "I wish I could take all the credit, but Nicholas definitely helped me out a lot here". I couldn't help but giggle at the reddening of his cheeks. He pulled me into his arms and I instantly wrapped my arms around his waist. He lightly kissed my forehead and sighed, "I've missed this." I agreed by smiling up at him and he kissed my lips before leading me over to all the cushions.
He sat next to me and poured some champagne into the glasses and handed me one, "I wasn't sure if you liked champagne or wine so I just got the sweetest." He said shyly.
"To be honest, I've never had either before so it's fine." He smiled up at me and kissed me on the cheek again, "First time for everything". He said before winking. I wasn't sure if that was an innuendo or not but I couldn't stop myself from blushing. I took a sip of my drink of champagne and was surprised by the bittersweet taste it had. Being under 21, I had never drunk alcohol before Cuba seeing as I couldn't buy it myself and no way would I ask Alicia to buy me some.
"What do you want to watch baby?" He asked while opening up the pizza boxes and spreading them out. My stomach chose that moment to rumble loudly and he couldn't help but laugh while handing me a piece of meat lovers pizza on a paper plate.
