«Addison's POV»

Zed left my house 5 minutes ago. He told me that he will wait for Eliza and me where we met the first time we went at a Mash. This time my parents knew where I was going and also, they knew that at the Mash were going to be zombies and humans. It's very important for them to know that I am fine, because I am their only child and they love me.
I left my house at 7:45 p.m. I arrived at Eliza's place just in time. I greeted her mom and then, we went upstairs to her room.

"Now...you once said that you liked my boots. So I brought you these." Eliza said handing me a box.

It was beautiful decorated by her, with little green bows. I opened it, I saw a pair of new, black boots. Almost like hers.

"Wow! Thank you so much!" I said hugging her.

"Yeah...I hope you like them."

"You kidding, right? They're awesome! Thank you again..."

"This is a gift from me, because you did so much for us...for the zombies...and yeah. Anyways, I don't like being sentimental, so, let's get ready for the party."

"Ok. Let's do this!" I said with a big smile on my face.

I tried on some of Eliza's shorts and some jackets. But we ended up choosing a pair of dark red pants, a white top and a black jacket. And boots of course. It's strange because I don't usually wear dark colors. Actually, I never wear other colors except for light pink, light blue and white. Then, she chose her clothes. She always looks good. She curled my hair (I let my white hair grow, because I didn't have to hide it anymore...so it was longer now) and put it up in a ponytail, like she usually wears it. This time she let her hair loose. She looked amazing.

"Did you bring the makeup?"

"Yeah...I think I left it down stairs."

"I'm gonna go get it. I'll be right back."

After she left the room I looked around. On her desk, I saw a photo of her family, so I took it and I looked at it. I saw Eliza and her mom. It had a text, too. 'To my perfect angel. It's alright to be different.'

"Addy? What you doing?"

I quickly put the photo away and turned to Eliza.

"I brought the makeup. We have to hurry. Come!"

"I didn't know that you can do makeup."

"I can't! That's why I have to try on someone. And that someone, it's going to be you!" She said excitedly.

"What about you?"

"Zombies don't wear makeup."

She started doing my makeup. To be sincere, I was a little bit scared. But my fear was gone when she finished and I looked in the mirror. I had a dark eyeshadow on and red lipstick on my lips. She really did a good job, except that...I didn't looked like me.

"Tell me you like it!"

"I love it, thanks! Now, it's your turn!"

"No....I told you...I've never done my makeup before."

"Bucky's gonna be there tonight!" I said, teasing her. "You know he likes you."

She immediately smiled when she heard his name.

"Yeah...well...I think I'm gonna let you to give it a shot."

I quickly grabbed the eyeshadow palette and a brush and I began my work. I knew that I had to hurry because we had to meet Zed in a few minutes. I used, like she did, a dark eyeshadow, but a light lipstick. She really liked what she saw in the mirror. Eliza told me that she had to go somewhere before the party, so I left alone. It was a chilly night with a moonlit sky. Yes, chilly. So chilly that when I found Zed, I was a frozen statue.
