The invasion was not at all what I expected, I expected blood and a lot of death on both sides but it turned out to be far more one sided. The enemies were mostly civilians that apparently saw us as some sort of demons. They started fighting us with tools instead of weapons. Their weapons just bounced off of our shields and had no effect. As soon as they realised this they all started to run away from us. Then we remembered the incredibly clear and easy to understand orders that we had been given: Kill as many aliens as possible and destroy as much infrastructure as possible to make a statement. I lost count of how many I killed it must have been somewhere in the hundreds. The longer the battle continued the blurrier everything became and eventually The aliens did not look like people anymore but just like shapes that had to be killed. After the order came to stop firing and return to the dropships I realised how many we killed, the entire street was full of bodies and then to think that it is not just a street but an entire city. There must be at least a couple of million dead aliens in that place. Serves them right rejecting an offer made by the Leaders. I wonder if the government of the aliens will give in to the offer made by the Leaders or continue to reject their leadership and guidance.
