I woke up at around 8 am. I decided to get up and go for a run. I didn't need to be anywhere until 2 for gymnastics. I got up put my hair up in a high pony tail, did minimal make up and put on my black pineapple sports bra, my black pineapple exercise shorts and my pink and balck pineapple vest top. I put on my black roshe runs and grabbed my pink iPhone 5c and ear phones and headed out the door. I must have been running for about half an hour, when I felt my phone buzzing, I looked at caller Id and saw it was luke, I hesitantly answered it, knowing that the voices in my head will come back when I'm speaking to him. I slowed down to a walk.
"Hello" I said into the phone.
"Hey El it's luke" luke said
"Yeah I know I looked at caller Id but hey" I said.
"Oh umm yeah, I didn't wake you did I" luke said
"No actually I'm out running" I said.
"Oh good well I was actually wondering it you wanted to meet for breakfast" luke said.
"Yeah sure" I said.
"Great were do you want me to meet you" he asked.
" could you meet me at the cafe you walked me to yesterday in about 10 minuets" I asked.
"Yeah I'm on my way" luke said.
"Ok bye" I said and hung up.
I reached the cafe and walked in, I love this place it's a little vintage style cafe just out side the park. I come here quite a bit. A few minuets later Luke walked in.
"Hey luke" I said
"Hey El" he said.
Oh god he was leaning in for a hug again, but I found the bravery to actually hug him. I felt that feeling again, I felt safe and I got butterflies. We pulled away and sat down.
"So why are you up so early" luke asked.
" well I'm never one for lies ins and I like to get up early and go for a run, it helps me clear my head" I said
"Oh well I would usually still be asleep but we have a show later and need to get ready" luke said.
"Ohh yeah my brother and his girlfriend are coming to the concert tonight, his girlfriend is a huge fan of you guys and one direction" I said.
"Great are you coming or have you been to any if the concerts yet" luke asked.
"No I wanted too but I don't have time" I said sounding dissapointed.
"oh well that's a shame any way do you want to order" luke asked.
"Yeah pleas" I said.
"I will go up and order what do you want" luke asked.
"Oh shit wait I forgot my purse" I said.
"It's ok love I will pay" luke said.
"Well it your sure I will just have a strawberry slim smoothie" I said.
"You sure that all you want" luke asked.
"Yeah I'm not really hungry" I lied truth was if I ate I would get even fatter than I already am. Luke went off and order our drinks.
"Thanks" I said as luke bought our drinks over.
"No problem babe" luke said. OMG luke just called me babe, I was secretly fan girling.
"So Ellie tell me a bit about your self" luke said. Great not he wants to know a bit about me, what's to tell my life is shit.
"Well umm I'm 17, I have a brother called Ben, I live on my own, my tow best friends are called Kendal and casidy, my birthday is the 3rd of July and I'm a figure skater, dancer and gymnast" i said.
"Wow your a figure skater, dancer and a gymnast, I'm gonna have to come and watch you at everything" luke said.
I was blushing. Wow I was thinking to myself. I can't belive I'm actually telling him things about me, I'm always scared of telling people about me because they will just laugh at me. My phone buzzed against the table. It was a text from Johanna saying my two ice skating dresses were ready and when I could I come and pick them up.
"Sorry luke I really need to go, I have a fitting for my new skating dresses and then I have gymnastics but I have a great time" I said getting up.
"Ok well when is the next time you are free" luke asked.
"Saturday evening" I said.
"Great I will pick you up at 7 just text me your address" luke said.
"Ok see ya" I said hugging him again
"Buy El" luke said.
Wow that was am amazing date. Can we call it a date. I don't care but for once in my life I feel
Happy and safe. I jogged to the boutique were I'm collecting my skating dresses. It's actually I prom dress / evening gown / pageant boutique called elegance but my coach is really good friends with the owner johanna and she asked her to make me two custom dresses.
"Hello" I called as I entered the shop.
"Hello Ellie I have your dresses in the back ready and waiting" johanna said.
I followed her into one of the dressing rooms. She started to unzip two garment bags. The dresses were gorgeous, everything I wanted. My first dress which was for my short program to rues whistle song, was a straight flowing pale blue dress attached to a leotard, with little crystals dotted all over it and a dark blue ribbon that ties in a bow at the back. It was stunning, I could not wait to wear it. The second dress Which is for my long program to secrets. Was in the usal style of an ice skating dress. The top half was pale yellow which had a white netting in the shapes of flowers over it and in each center of the flower there was a crystle, it was also long sleeved. The skirt part was pale yellow with ruffles and little crystals all over it.
"Thank you they are gorgeous" I said.
"No problem" johanna said.
I picked up the dresses and headed towards the door. " buy johanna" I said.
"Buy love" she called back.
I finally got home and had to and get ready for gymnastics. I piked out a random leotard, that turned out to be my pink, short sleeved leotard with two silver lines going diagonaly across it until they spiraled into each other at the back. And yes the leotard had crystals on it. I then put on my crew and Nantwich gymnastics club tracksuit grabbed my gym bad and headed towards the door.
Gym was only 3 hours today 2 till 5 and we only did bar, floor, beam and vault which was good becaus my parents had invited me, my brother and his girlfriend round for dinner. I went straight to my parents house from gymnastics.
"Hey mum, dad" I called as I entered the house.
"In the living room" my mum called.
I walked to the living room leaving my bag and shoes in the hallway. This house was huge, I always forget how big it is. "Hey" I said.
"How is ice skating going" mum asked always getting straight to the point. See my mum is very pushy and pushes me a lot in everything but especially ice skating.
"Fine alctualy to day I just got my new dresses they are in the car I will go and get them" I said knowing my mum will want me to put them on.
"Here they are" I said unzipping the first bag.
"Oh Ellie it's gorgeous" my mum said. Showing her the other one.
"They are both gorgeous El amazing I love them" she said.
"Good but I can't be bothered trying them on so if you want to can come to the rink tomorrow and watch me cos I will be doing both programs wi the dresses on" I said.
"Ok" she said
Me and dad just sat around waiting for my brother and his girlfriend while mum was cooking.
