You woke up to the sound of laughing for once... Woah. You sat up rubbing your head and walked out into the living room of the bros house. "HAHAHAHAHA STOPITSTOPIT IM GONNA CRYYY HAHAH", Mugman was rolling on the ground, laughing his ass off. You went to look at what he was laughing at and saw that Cuphead was making the most idiotic, adorable, silly face you've ever seen. You then started to laugh as well, just not as hard, "Hahah Cuphead ya' big dork! Your gonna kill Mugman! ", Cuphead then looked at your direction giggling, "Whoops!" You rolled your eyes and walked over to Mugman, pulling him up off the floor. Man was Muggo cute when he laughed... Wait... Muggo! Yup you are calling him that from now on. Anyways, Cuphead walked over to he two of you and tapped your shoulder. "Oi, Y/n, how about you, Mugs, and I go out for a nice stroll?", he chirped, almost jumping joyfully.
You giggled at his childish action, and nodded. You then went back to your room and changed into a black t-shirt, some f/c overalls, and youre favorite f/c shoes. (any type. I prefer converse 👌) You walked out to the boys after putting your h/c hair into a ponytail/bun. Cuphead looked at you with a smile on his face and Mugman was still kinda giggling from what Cups did. The three of you walked out and walked into a nearby forest. After you all walked and talked for a while, you hear a small whimpering. The boys stopped and so did you, it was scarsely quiet for a while... A long while. All you could hear was small whimpers for a while. You started to walk toward thw whimpering and found a huMUNGOUS DRAGON?! It was big, green, and hurt. You felt bad but the brothers looked at it with a scared expression. You walk towards it and it looks at you, making you jump a bit in suprise. It's wing was badly damaged and an eye was missing, it was a horrible sight.
It looked like it had been crying for days. You started to walk a little closer but Mugman grabbed your arm, "Y-Y/N, I d-d-dont think y-you should go any m-more near him... ", so it was a him...... How did they know? "Mugman... Come on. Im not gonna get hurt! That ...thing is hurt... I think its a dragon. ",you said not so sure. "It is a dragon....thats Grim Matchstick. Hes a boss we fought once", Cuphead said almost sorrily. Mugman let go of your arm and you started to walk closer to the damaged dragon, "Ill make sure to be extra careful then.", you said reasuringly to Cuphead. You then walked a bit closer and the dragon tried to roar. Its roar was big but was cut off by a big cough, you could tell he was scared. "D-don't come any closer! I-I *cough cough* I-I wont h-h-hesitate to set y-you a flame!",he said almost terrified. His voice was low but kind of goofy, it was soft but raspy, probably from screaming. "I won't hurt you... Erm.. Grim..? I just want to see if i can fix you up... If its possible. ",you said thinking about what you might do. "What?! Good golly, are you freaking nuts y/n?! Its. A. Dragon. Do you know how hard dragons can be to heal?! ", Mugman practicly yelled. You looked at him, "well I mean.... Dragons are kinda like dogs, from what I've learned about them... ",you said still thinking.
Cuphead looked like he couldnt believe what he was hearing, "Look.. Before I came to Inkwell Isle, I had been studying mythological creatures such as dragons. At least i did for a year. ", you said remembering the classes you took. "NO Y/N! ITS TOO DANGEROUS.", Cuphead yelled, making you jump a lil'. "Gee Cuphead, thats some support ya' have. ", you said narrowing your eyes at him, ignoring what he said proceeding to the dragon in front of you. "Hmm... AH! I got it", you said snapping your fingers, "uh, Grim! Can you still walk?",you asked, "u-u- a lil' b-bit.... W-w-why?", he asked nervously. Mugman looked at you with scared, but trusting eyes, as he could probably could tell what you where thinking. You walked over to him and told him what you where going to do, he nodded and walked over with you back to grim. "We are going to help you. Follow us.", you said to Grim, smiling at him for comfort. He nods and follows you three home.
Boy oh boy. Today is only gonna get weirder huh?
