Me and Kyle finally land and we catch an uber to his old house.

He grabs my bag for me and we walk towards his front door.

My heart starts to race and my breathing increases.

Kyle looks down at me. "Calm down, it's just my mom and my siblings. No need to be worried! We're just humans!"

"Okay, but I always get nervous when I meet my boyfriend's parents."

"Your fine, she already loves you. Just be yourself." Kyles says. He knocks on the door and a few seconds later Karri is in my view.

She smiles at me and then at Kyle.

"There's my future daughter in law!" Karri says. She pulls me into a hug and kisses my cheek.

"Hi, its nice to finally meet you, Kyle has told me a lot about you!" I hug her back.

"Yeah, I'm here too!" Kyle says.

We both pull away from the hug and Kyle hugs his mother.

We all make our way inside of the house and I meet Kyle's little brother, Andre, and his little sister, Briana.

I hug Dre and Briana.

"You look even more beautiful in person!" Andre says looking me up and down.

I giggle and I look at Kyle.

"Get your little ass-" Kyle starts to say.

"-language!" Karri says.

He continues. "-your little butt away from her!"

"She doesn't mind, huh Danni?" Dre asked putting an arm around me.

"Actually..." I trail off.

Dre removes his arm from around me and he shakes his head.

"Come on girl, why you gotta act like that?" He asked.

I was gonna answer but Briana answers for me.

"She doesn't want you Dre! Leave her be!" Briana says. I look at her and I smile.

I get a tour of the house from Briana and she helps me to Kyle's old room. I put my bags in there and I get to know Briana.

"Man, Kyle won't let me have a boyfriend and I'm twenty. My mom doesn't care and Andre can't say anything cause he is younger than me!"

"Awe, he's just being protective over his little sister, that's cute!" I say.

"He's annyoing sometimes!" She laughs.

"I feel it!" I say. "Lonzo is the same way with me. It's cute and annoying at the same time!"

"Lonzo is fine!" Briana says.

"I got you!" I smile at her.

"Doesn't he have a girlfriend?" She asked me confused.

"They just ended their relationship." I say. "I'll hook it up!"

"No you won't!" Kyle says. He has his suitcase with him.

"Why not?" I asked.

He walks over to me and Briana.

"Cause I said so. Stop being bad!" Kyle smacks my butt.

"Ouch!" I grab the spot he hit. "Quit doing that!"

I look at Briana and she smiles at me.

I mouth 'I got you still!' to her and she laughs.

We all make our way back to the kitchen.

Karri is cooking dinner and Andre is playing his Play Station in the living room.

Kyle joins him leaving me, Briana, and Karri.

Briana goes on her phone and I look at it.

"Let me see." I say to her.

I give her Lonzo's number and she smiles at me.

"Thank you!" She says.

"No problem, girl!"

I walk into the kitchen and I talk to Karri.

"Do you want help cooking?" I asked her.

"No, your my guest, I can't ask you to help me cook!" She says.

"Good thing you didn't ask me, I offered!" I flash her a smile and she laughs at me.

"Well, if you insist!" She hands me a knife. I start to chop up the ingredients she hands to me.

During dinner, Karri goes though her photos of Kyle that she has in her photo albums.

"You were so cute babe, what happened now?" I asked him.

He laughs at my joke.

Once everyone is done laughing, Kyle speaks. "I didn't stay cute, I grew into a handsome man!"

Pretty soon dinner is done.

Kyle was right, I had nothing to be afraid of.

His family was very welcoming and I had a good time spending the evening with them.

After dinner, we all play a few games of Heads Up.
