Chapter 10:

The plane ride to New York wasn't too bad, just long. I sat beside Lou, Li beside Harry, and Zayn beside Niall. Zayn was passed out the whole way, man, that boy can sleep. Me and Lou have definitely gotten closer, he's my hubby, I'm his boo. Sounds weird, I know, but our friendship just works like that. When we landed, we aboarded a car bus. We were driving to the Plaza hotel. I couldn't help but think of the movie, Home Alone 2, made me laugh a little out of the blue. All the boys were taking in the scenary, except Zayn. He seemed, mad at the world. As we approached the hotel, thankfully there weren't a mob of fans. I got out of the car to help the boys get the luggage, I saw Zayn at the entrance staring at us. I looked at him with a gaze, he noticed and turned away into the hotel to checkin.

"What's up with Zayn?" I ask Harry who's grabbing my luggage.

"Probably just a bumpy flight for him." He responded. I tried to get my suitcases. "No, no, no, I got it, my lady."

"Well, thank you, kind sir." I said smiling, exposing a dimple.

When we entered the hotel, I couldn't help but admire every detail, it's exactly how it was in the movie. I was stunned. The chandelier was beautiful, every inch of the hotel was beautiful. After Harry got the room key, we took the elevator up. As the elevator doors opened, I walked out onto the floor. I looked down the aisle and saw Zayn entering his room, I just shrugged it off, even though it stinged my heart a little that it seemed as if he was mad at me. I slid the card, revealing a green light on the door knob. I opened the door, my mouth literally dropped at how magnificent and luxurious it was.

"Wow." Was all I managed to say while wandering off. Harry dropped the bags onto the bed and took me by surprise hugging me from behind. "Have you ever seen the movie, Home Alone?"

"You were thinking that too?" He let out a chuckle.

"I couldn't help it, we're in the hotel Macaulay Culkin filmed in. Just imagine the way the hotel looks during Christmas. That'd feel even more magical." I moved my hands over his around my waist, rubbing his soft fingers with my thumb.

"You're such a dork." He murmured into my neck.

"Yeah, I am, but that's what you love about me." I snickered.

"Can't deny that.. So, um, El. I've been wanting to ask you something.." I turned around to face him, his arms still around my waist.

"And what might that be?" I asked while moving a curl away from his eye.

"WillyoubemydatetotheMenInBlackpremiere?" He said it so fast I couldn't catch up. All I heard was juhrfuiregpuberpgvuib.

"Sorry, but can you say that again?"

He let out a steady sigh. "Will you be my... Date to the Men In Black premiere?"

My eyes lit up to the question, I pressed my head against his shoulder, hiding the red streaks on my cheeks. He slowly lifted my face.

"You're so cute when you try to hide that you're blushing." He genuinely smiled. "So, is that a no or a ye-"

I gently kissed his tender lips. "That's a yes, definite yes." Our foreheads pressed together, noses touching.

"Phew, I thought for a second you were going to say no."

I gave a little giggle before pecking him once more. He picked me up, cradling me to the bed. As he layed me down on the bed, I quickly crawled over to the bed post to look out the window. I looked out the big windows and scanned the venue. There's Central Park, oh my gosh, there's Fifth Avenue! I just about squealed.
