The game began. Chris couldn't help but feel a tingling sensation in his stomach as he watched Mallory enjoy the game. He could tell she liked baseball. Every time the Patriots got an out, she would throw her hands up and yell "come on". It was adorable.
"Are you hungry?" Chris asked and met her gorgeous blue eyes.
"No. But if you are I could get you something," her offer made him feel so happy inside.
"No, no, no. You don't have to do that. I can." He smiled and winked at her again. He just felt like she should be winked at, because she was so sweet and stunning.
"Oh. Okay!" She turned up the corners of her soft pink lips and turned back to the game, whooping and hollering.
Chris hesitated to grab her shaking hands. They sat clasped together in her lap. He could see them tremble slightly. It made him like her even more, seeing how she was nervous. He sat back in his seat and enjoyed the last inning of the game. Moments like these don't come often, so he gladly accepted it.

After the game, Chris walked Mallory to his car, opening the door for her like a gentleman.
"Thank you." She smiled and buckled her seat belt.
"Anything for you, Mals." He winked again, and saw her cheeks turn a dark pink.
They drove in silence for the first hour of the drive, then picked up a conversation.
"So, better than the Angels?" He asked and saw her smile in his peripheral vision.
"Definitely. Thank you for taking me," she leaned her head back and closed her eyes.
"Told you and you're welcome. If you want to listen to some music, feel free to hook your phone up."
"Really?" She sounded so thrilled it made him laugh.
"Yeah, go ahead." He gestured to the chord.
She plugged in her phone and looked at him. "What shall I play?"
"Whatever you want."
"What do you want to listen to, cause I listen to everything."
"Even indie rock?" He joked.
"Um... No."
"How about we listen to your favorite." He smiled.
"Okay, so 70s weird stuff that you probably wouldn't like or alternative?"
"Let's go with some alternative. What is alternative?"
"HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW OH MY GOSH!" She laughed and turned on some alternative music, consisting of Coldplay and The Black Keys.
"You are really passionate about music," he stated.
"Well yeah! What do you listen to?"
"Well, since I've been around Robert so much, it's 80s rock."
"Wow."
"What?"
"I thought it was just Iron Man who listened to that. I didn't think he did."
"Yes, well, everyone listens to music, celebrity or not. And I like Aerosmith." Mallory's jaw dropped. "What?!''
"Yea," Chris said, not sure if Aerosmith was considered good to her.
"Then we shall play him." She smiled a true sincere smile then changed the music. " Dream On" blares through his speakers and together they sang- Mallory sweetly and Chris... Well, he tried. All he could think about was Mals' smiles and how happy she was all the time. It touched his heart.

They arrived at Mallory's cluttered apartment at eleven o'clock. She thanked him once again, and he lingered at the doorway. He didn't want to leave, honestly. He felt like if he did he'd never see her again.
"Do you want to come in? I Have this feeling you don't want to leave quite yet." She smiled and he walked in, thanking her. Mallory took a seat at the kitchen table, which was stacked high with books. He took a seat next to her glancing at all the different spines.
"You read?" He asked, his fingers grazing aver the cover of an old book.
"Yes, quite a lot actually. That and makeup."
"That's so cool." He wished he could live a simple life for a while. Just to see what it was like.
"How so? I mean, you get to act, and wear a cool costume, and you have tons of screaming fangirls who would die to see you." She had a point.
"You are right, but it gets old after a few years. Your privacy obliterates, you never get to relax.. It's always go, go, go."
"I'm sorry to mention it." She said. He looked at her, truly focusing on her face. Her eyes looked tired, and her hair was slightly frizzy, but he couldn't help but feel a deep love for her- and they just met. It was so definite inside of him. He knew she was the one, as bizarre as it sounds.
"Mallory, you don't ever have to be sorry for what you say to me. It is truly okay." He smiled and blinked lightly.
"Okay. It's just the fact that I've never really dated before.. And you're a celebrity.."
"Wait, you've never dated before?" He asked, stunned. She was so gorgeous. How could no one see that?
"I've had chances, but I turned them down. I always focused on my career and now I've come to realize that I can do both." She smiled weakly.
"Well, I'm glad I am the first..." He trailed off, staring at yet, another book.
"Are my books distracting you?" Mallory snickered. Chris sighed and nodded.
"Indeed."
"Well, take a few and read them."
"I'll stick with one at a time, thanks Mals." He winked.
"Why do you keep winking at me?" Mallory blushed and looked away from him. He felt a tingle in his spine. Should he really tell her? Well, what's is there to loose.
"Because, Mals, people like you deserve to know how special they are to people like me."
