After changing, I decided not to straighten my hair and just leave it curly, then I did a nice natural look for my makeup. After I was done getting ready, I had a solid 30 mins until I had to leave.
Zach's Pov
I woke up and I started getting ready for school. I wanted to look my best since it was my first day at this school. After I was done getting ready, I still had a solid 30 mins left, so I decided to text Valerie.
Zach: Morning shorty

Zach: Wyd?
Valerie😍😂❤️️: Just got done getting ready, you?
Zach: Same here

I drove over to her house so we could go to school together, and we still had like 20 mins til school started. I walked up to her doorstep and I knocked on the door. No one answered, so I texted her.
Zach: Just knocked

"Hey!" Valerie said as she opened the door. "Hey, you look nice today." I said. "Thanks, you too." she said. "So we still have like 20 mins before school starts, so what do you wanna do?" I asked. "Wanna drive around for a bit?" she asked. "Sounds good." I said. "Can you wait here for a sec?" she asked. "Yeah sure." I said as she went up to her room. She came back and she was wearing the hoodie I gave her. "Ok, now we can go." she said. "I see you're wearing my hoodie." I said with a chuckle. "No, I'm wearing MY hoodie." She said with a chuckle. "Yeah yeah, let's go." I said. We walked to the car and me being who I am, I opened the door for her. "Well someone's quite the gentlemen." She said with a smile. "Yeah ik." I said with a small laugh. We drove around for a bit, and she was showing me some places I hadn't seen here yet. "LA's a lot different from Texas." I said. "What's it like there?" Valerie asked. "Well for one thing it's much less quieter, less busy, and and you'd see more stars there." I said. "Sounds great." she said. "Yeah, it really was." I said. "I think we should start heading off to school, we've got like 10 mins, but it's really close by." Valerie said. "Ok, all I need is for you to tell me where this school s bc I'm completely clueless." I said. She told me where to go, and about 5 mins later we finally arrived, gotta admit, did look like a pretty nice school. When we got out of my car, automatically ppl started going up to her and telling he hi and more nice things. "So I see you're pretty popular." I said. "I guess so." she said with a laugh. She introduced me to some ppl and I easily made new friends cuz of her, I had already had a few friends after I moved here, but now thanks to her, I have more.
