The time has come for the occult research club to head to the underworld. I am waiting anxiously at the train station for everyone to arrive.

"Sorry, we took so long." Rias says arriving with her peerage.

"It's no problem, the train leaves when everyone is onboard, it's going to be a long trip so you lot better get comfortable." I say leading them to the train that goes to hell, literally.

"Rias, Azazel and I need to talk to you in the other car so please follow me." I say.

"Of course." She says and we go into the other train car.

"So what's going on?" She asks.

"Well Azazel came up with an idea that I think your peerage can benefit. Are you familiar with Tannin?" I ask.

"The Blaze meteor dragon and devil? Yes, why?" She asks.

"Well approximately 40 minutes before we arrive to Gremory Manor, this train car is going to stop out of nowhere and drop every one of your peerage, save you. Tannin will come out of his hiding spot and start to attack them. He won't use full power, just a thousandth of it. The point of this is to basically set the scale of where everyone stands."

"That does sound like a good idea, but shouldn't I be there to lead them?"

"No, there are times when you won't be there to lead them and they'll have to think like you. Basically be there with them in spirit." I explain.

"I see."

"Anyway now that's done. I use the time left to begin training you. All in mind, of course."

"But I actullay wanted to be with Issei for the trip. Ow." She says as I hit her on the head with a ruler.

"I'm sure you can get through a couple of hours without your little boy toy. After all, I haven't seen my wife in a couple of weeks ever since I got transferred to your little town."

"Speaking of which, how are you doing with the child business?" She asks.

"We're still unsure about whether or not we have one yet." I explain.

"I hope that you do have one." She says cheering me up a bit.

"Thanks, now lets begin our lesson. For the time being I'm going to explain about the way our hierarchy and government works because my bosses will attend our gathering."

"Exactly. First we have the mortals, the humans like Issei was, not very important. The mythology mortals are a step above regular mortals because of our supernatural abilities, in this case people like Akeno and yourself. Then we have the people who rule the mythologies, Sir Zechs, Serafall, Azazel, Michael, Odin, Neptune, Zeus, and plenty of others have been ruling for quite a while. Then there's my standing"

"That's right. As of now there are six of us. We're the people that the higher ups want to keep on a tight leash. There's myself from the angel and devil myth. Davy Jones from the Ocean legends. Syn Shenron, of the shadow dragon balls. The king of Zodiac. Death. And there's Loki, god of mischief of the Norse."

"Why is he one? Wasn't it Thor?"

"It was Thor at first but now that he's dead and Loki is stronger than Odin because of brain and strategy, he was chosen to take Thor's place. Of course that has been some talk of removing him. But that aside. We emperors are also protectors of certain areas. Jones And Syn usually do it at a price, but Myself and the Celestial Spirit King do it for nothing."
