Maybe we tried to leave as much memories of ourselves with each other because we knew one day we wouldn't be together anymore. - Makoto Shinkai, Five Centimeters per Second.

Seven Years Ago
PsithurismThe little girl wondered what her classmates were up to. They're looking outside of their room. Most of them were girls. She got curious so she also peeked to see why they're so into this that got her the only one cleaning their room. She saw that little boy beside the tree, sitting on a bench with his backpack. His dismissal was earlier than hers. He was rocking his feet, signifying that he was already bored. She noticed that he often bite his handkerchief. It seems like he was waiting for someone.
She suddenly remembered what her two guy friends —who happened to be the cousin of the boy outside — had told her. Their tongue slipped when the three of them were playing and blurted out that their cousin has a crush on her. She didn't believe them of course but the boy's actions made her think twice.
Whenever she was assigned to do the chores and clean the room she tought that her jeepney service must've been waiting for her either it is not only the service who's waiting.
There were few students inside but the little boy was still there. When they're done cleaning, they went outside of the room. As she stepped out of the threshold the little boy's face lit up—or it is only her who thought that. She was walking when the little boy wore his backpack and ran towards her. They went to their service together.
There were times when: They're playing tag and the little boy was the it. When he caught her running, he hugged her,
He'll hold her hand and help her get in to the vehicle and sit beside her,
She was sitting beside the tree when a paper airplane landed near her and as she unfolded it there was a message saying someone likes her that is when she saw the little boy peeking from a tree. That made her smile.
Little did they know that this will soon be buried in the nook of their mind...
