I stepped out of my car and made my way to the the double doors, I opened them up and stepped through "hey Ariana!" Brett says holding his hand up for a high five I don't give him one and stick my tongue out at him, "your mean!" he says crossing his arms and pouting "she is not!" Lila says smacks Brett's stomach "she may not be but you are" he says glaring at Lila "whatever" Lila says. I see a freshman girl look at us and I smile she quickly looks back at her locker, "ok" I mumble "so Ariana when are you going to have your birthday party?" Lila asks walking down the hall on the way to class, "probably next weekend" I say looking down at my leather boots "yay! can't wait!" Lila says turning around in circles "Lila calm down" I say opening the door to Mrs.Rogers class, I sit down next to the girl that was at the locker I wave she just looks away "ok class! today we are saying hello to our new freshman's! I have ecscused your from all your classes for the day, and sophomore's show around freshman's let me pair you up!" The teacher says a little to happily, "ok so Brett and Tom, Lila and Jenna, Ariana with Jessica blah blah blah blah blah blah blah" I block her out after she said my name, I look around and don't know who Jessica is "is Jessica your friend?" I ask the locker girl I notice she has straight brown hair with dark freckles on her cheeks and brown and green eyes "I am Jessica" she says blowing a strand of hair out of her face, "well hi" I say smiling a little she smiles a lopsided smile"hi" she says. "Ok class go ahead and show around" Mrs. Rogers says sitting down "come on" I say pulling her out the door. "Watch where your going!" I hear my enemy Maggie say "nope now leave me alone!" I say grabbing Jessica's wrist and pushing past Maggie, but sadly Maggie caught Jessica's other wrist and pulled her forward "what did you say to me?!" Maggie asks her breath plastering my face "she said leave her alone!" I hear Jessica yell, Maggie turns on her heel and faces Jessica "oh and Ms. Freshman is going to do something about it?" she says getting up in her face, I grab Maggie's bag and make her face me "leave that innocent freshman alone!" I yell "and if I don't?" Maggie asks balling up her fist "then I will do this harder!" I yell slapping her right across the face, her head snapped to the left and she gasped "you did not do that!" she yells "I believe I just did!" I yell pushing past her to see Jessica left I look around and end up at the bathroom, I open the door and step in "Jessica are you in here?" I ask looking in the stalls "yes" I hear her faintly say I open the stall door where I thought she was nope "did I scare you?" I ask walking over to the sink and seeing her, I kneel down "did I scare you?" I ask "a little bit" she replies. She blew hair out of her face and stared at the wall, she stared at me and leaned her head against the wall "I'm sorry but she is my enemy, I heard her mumble something but I could not make it out"I scared myself also I mean I did not mean to scare you I just hate her" I say holding my hand out for her to take she took it and I stood her up "well you have seen the bathroom" I say opening the door for her, "duh" she laughs as we get to into hall a2 "so who was that boy and girl with you earlier?" she asks "oh the girl was my BestFriend Lila and the boy was my crush and friend Brett" I say smiling at her "so he is your crush he is kind of cute" she giggles, I blush and hide my face with my books "oh stop blushing!" she says as she reaches her locker and opens it, she pulls out a note book I get a glimpse of the note book it had the words inspire on it "do you have a boyfriend?" I ask twiddling with my hair "no" she says looking me in the eye "a crush?" I ask "yes" she says "oohh who?" I ask opening my locker, "oh just a boy named Garrett" she says decorating her locker, I put a mirror white board pictures and my schedule in my locker, she glances at me "what?" I ask shoving books in my locker "you your so pretty and normal when I'm so ugly" she says turning her head from side to side "oh trust me I am hideous you're gorgues I mean I have red tangly hair and ugly freckles when you have straight brown hair and cute freckles!" I smile "want to make a pact?" she asks "sure what?" I ask closing my locker "that we are both ugly and pretty and we have our bad qualities and our good qualities" she says putting her hand out for me to shake, "deal!" I say grabbing her hand and shaking it.
