"We have been in college for about a year in a half and you haven't been to a college party yet." My best friend Maria said as she went through my closet
I rolled my eyes and continued to go through Netflix to find something to watch all night. If this girl really think that I'm about to go to this party with her she is highly mistaken. I don't do parties or people. Drugs scare me and alcohol is just nasty.
45 minutes later.....
Ight so I lied. We were walking down campus to the other dorms. Those dorms are where the athletes live and I wasn't really that interested in sports. When we finally made it to the dorm building, I turned my ass back around.
"Kayla Reign Uption, where the hell do you think you're going?" Maria asked while grabbing my hand
"Back to my dorm. The party scene isn't for me." I said while walking
It was basically like playing tug of war. I was aiming for the pathway and she was trynna pull me inside the dorm building. With her being on the basketball team and with me being on the Debate team, she is way more stronger than me. This bitch I call my best friend.
"I'm too weak for you to be pulling my arms like this. Can you please stop." I said while trynna yank my arm away
She let go but that was after I was yanked into the dorm building. I gave her a look and she smirked before handing me a drink.
"I don't trust this." I said while holding it from afar.
"Kayla it's fruit punch." Maria said while giving me a look
"It looks funny." I said
"Quit exaggerating." Maria said
"It looks like it's watered down and it smells like ass. Ion trust it and I ain't drinking it." I said while sitting it down
She rolled her eyes before going to talk with people. Meanwhile I stood my dumb ass in the middle of the floor looking lost because I felt out of place. My hair was all over the place, I was wearing my glasses and I was wearing a polo sweat suit. A nigga was not ready for this.
"You look so out of place." Someone said from behind me
I turned and was face to face with Drew. She was a hoe and from the look of that cocky ass smirk she throwing me, she's the host of this party.
"Thanks for stating the obvious. Don't worry, I was just leaving." I said while beginning my walk
I exited out the dorm building and started my journey to my dorm. My roommate went back home for the weekend to visit her family so I had the dorm all to myself. When I was about to walk up the steps, someone touched my arm.
"Let me walk you. It's dark and you might get hurt." Drew said
"You asshole." I said
"I'm not an asshole, your just bitchy." Drew said
"I'm not bitchy, I just like when people I don't know touch me." I said
"Most girls would be honored to have me touch and walk them back to their dorm." Drew said
"Sorry ma but I'm not like most girls." I said while walking away
"You act like you too good for the world or something." Drew said while following me
"I'm highly irritated." I said
"You need head in your life." Drew mumbled
I rolled my eyes and stepped inside the dorm. This girl followed me all the way up there til I finally made it.
"See you tomorrow cutie." Drew said with a smirk
I wanted to say something smart but I ended up blushing instead. This Bastard!!
