Detective:Who are you I may ask?
Me:His girlfriend.Can you tell me what happen?
Detective:Well, he is charged for putting someone in the hospital.
Me:What did he do?
Detective:He assulted a 18 year old male by punching him repeatedly and bang his head against a pole.
Me:Is he on bail?
Detective:I'm afraid not since the man is charging and suing him.
