「Hello : Goodbye」

  Hello,
Let me introduce myself
I am still a kid
Don't know what's ahead of me
Don't know much about life  

  But I know this:
I'm not perfect, nobody is
I'm special, everybody is
I'm not free, I'm caged
Same for my mind  

  And I may be selfish enough
To wish for everything
And I may be stupid enough
To think death is the only escape
But I'm smart enough to ask for help  

  Some may think I only wish for attention
Somewhat it's true
And some others will get alarmed
They'll run to me, offer their help
But who will really be there?  

  Who will really listen?
Who are the ones who will share their warmth
And who will just act worried, put a mask
I don't believe many will understand
I don't believe many will be honest  

  Because I feel worthless
I'm just an empty soul, not very lively
Who needs a useless tool anyways?
I may have a happy face
But it's just to cover the scars  

  Maybe I'm just too negative
Maybe I got no good reasons
I have loving friends and family
But somehow it feels wrong
I don't feel like they are listening  

  I may be surrounded by many people
But I only feel loneliness
I may be at home with my family
But I feel I'm in the wrong place
I feel lost in my mind and soul  

  Never more shall I be happy
Never more shall I laugh
Never more shall I be loved
I don't deserve these, I'm not worth it
Because I can only disappoint people  

  And never more shall I feel lost
Never more shall I feel lonely
Never more shall I feel alive
Because I'm already gone
Faded in the shadows of my mind
