«Smile,» they say
«You're more beautiful
Smiling than depressing»
Yeah...I wonder
Is there anything hidden?

But of course
I just listen to them blindly
Forcing myself to smile
To fake my mood
To please them

Only my mind is true
Since I can't fool it
But I still hope to
Because I can't keep
This pain all to myself

So I smile in the mirror
I laugh out loud
Not to fool others
But to fool myself
'Cause I'm so naive

I believe I'll be happy
If I foolishly think I am
But sometimes
I get back to my senses
I'm not foolish to myself

And I look at my reflection
And my empty eyes
And pathetically say:
"Tasukete kudasai,
Kamisama."
