Chapter 7 The First Day

Harry woke up and looked around he was not in his apartment, then he spotted Draco and remembered that he was a slytherin now. Harry looked over at the clock and it read eight. Harry quickly jumped up and started trying to wake Draco up, "Draco it's time to wake up if you want to have any breakfast" said Harry." Go away mother I'm trying to sleep" said Draco, then Draco looked up to see harry over top of him and he screamed. Harry was so surprised when Draco screamed he jumped back and fell hard on his leg. Draco got up fast whimpering apologizes to Harry, " Are you ok Harry I'm so so sorry" said Draco. " I'm ok Draco I was just surprised when you screamed" said Harry. Harry tried to stand up but then falls hard on the floor again. " Draco, Harry whimpers. I think I broke my leg"."Ok I'm going to try to lift you up, then we will go to the hospital wing " said Draco looking nervous.

Once Harry and Draco reached the hospital wing, Draco called out for Madam Pomfrey. Madam Pomfrey quickly hurried out of her office to see what the problem was, what she saw surprised her a lot. Madam Pomfrey saw Draco barely holding up Harry and Harry trying to stay conscious. Madam Pomfrey helped Draco put Harry on a bed and started running diagnostique spells. "Well it seems like Mr. Potter has a broken leg and hasn't had a good sleep in years". Said Madam Pomfrey. Draco thought to himself what is she talking about he hasn't had a good sleep in years, he Harry Potter. "He's not going to wake up for a while you can go down to breakfast or you can stay here and I can ask a house elf to bring you something" Said Madam Pomfrey. "I think that I would like to stay here if that's ok". Said Draco. " Ok I will tell a house elf to bring you up some breakfast". Said Madam Pomfrey.

Harry woke up and looked around he didn't remember getting here, Then he looked to his right to see Draco sleeping with his head in a book. Harry tried to sit up without waking Draco up but as soon as he moved he felt intense pain in his leg and screamed. Draco bolted awake to the noise of someone screaming, he looked over and saw Harry with tears running down his face. Draco ran over to Harry and stared calming him down. After Harry was calmed down Draco went to go and get Madam Pomfrey. "Well Mr. Potter it seems like you broke your leg you will have to stay in the hospital wing for a couple days until it is fully healed" Said Madam Pomfrey. "Ok, will Draco be able to visit me while I'm here?" Said Harry. " Yes if Draco wishes to visit you he may while your here" said madam Pomfrey. " Don't worry Harry I will visit you at dinner and in the morning" called Draco as he walked out of the hospital wing.

Draco hurried off to class. As he walked into Transfiguration he handed professor McGonagall a note saying... Draco was excused because he brought Harry Potter to the hospital wing after he fell and broke his leg. Madam. Pomfrey. Draco sat down at the very back of the class and listened to Professor McGonagall go on and on about the importance of Transfiguration in are daily lives. As soon as Transfiguration was done Draco hurried off to lunch. As soon as he got to the great hall he sat at the end of the slytherin table and ate his food quickly in order to take a walk before the next class. As Draco hurried out of the great hall heading for the front doors that lead outside he was stopped by none other than Ron weaselly himself. Draco didn't know what to think when Ron started beating him up, should he defend himself, should he fight back or should he just take the beating. Draco decided that he was going to defend himself and quickly blocked Rons punch right to his face and spat out "Fuck you weasel, I thought I was going to have a good day, but then I saw your face". After Draco and Ron stopped fighting Draco ran upstairs to the hospital wing to await a very angry Harry and Madam Pomfrey.
