Chapter 4

Adams POV

"Lauren !" I yelled as I see my daughter getting hit by a car . I run over to her and see she cracked her head open. " Ty call 911!" I screamed at him. He got his phone and dialed them . I was hold Lauren in my arms and cried . It's my fault . She heard what I said and I did this to her . The ambulance came and picked up Lauren from my hands and I followed them to the back of the ambulance with Ty. The others said they'll meet us at the hospital . When we got there the nurse said we had to wait in lobby . I hope Lauren will be okay.

Lauren's POV

It's dark and cold . I don't feel pain . Where am I ? " Lauren ! " I heard my sister say . Wait my sister! I turn to see Meghan. " Meghan !" I yelled as I hugged her . " I've missed you so much ! Where's mommy and daddy?" I asked her . " Come on I'll show you !" she said as she grabbed my hand and started to run. We stop at a gate . It was gold and was surrounded light. " Come on , they're in here." she said . I stopped . " What's wrong Lauren ? Don't you want to go into heaven with us ? " Meghan said to me . " Meghan , I can't . I have a new family down on earth . I have new friends and possibly a new boyfriend . I want to see the world . I love you and mom and dad , but I also love Adam and the others . I'm sorry but it feels right down there . I'm sorry . " I told her. " Ok I understand but I'll miss you. I'll send you back bye Lauren love you . " I love you too!" I yelled as I saw darkness again. I woke up to a light and I felt someone holding my hand . I turn to see Adam . " D-daddy?" I asked him . He looked up . His eyes were red and puffy and his cheeks were stained with tears . " Daddy , I'm sorry . I'm so stupid . " I started crying ."No Lauren its my fault. I almost lost you ." he started crying to as he hugged him . I feel safe in his arms . " Daddy I love you ." " I love you too." he said back . " "How long since I've been out ." I asked him . " 6 weeks ." he said . " What?! Dang ! I was so lazy . No wonder I can't feel my butt. " I shouted . We both started laughing . ". By the way your friends have been coming by but the one with blonde hair comes by more . Gabe I think it was ." he said with a smirk. " It's Gavin dad! " I yelled as a blushed . He laughed and so did I . "When can I go home ?" I asked him . " Right now . Your dad has to sign the paper work ." the nurse said . " Cool thanks !" I said to her . " Your welcome , here you go . " she handed dad the paperwork . " You're free to go ." she said as she left . I got dressed and got into a wheelchair . " I'm coming home ." I told myself as I fell asleep once again.
