Zola couldn't believe it. She never thought she, of all people, would be kidnapped.
Yet here she was, locked in a prison cell with nothing but a thin hospital gown. The cell was small but large enough to move around. The cot was uncomfortable and the mirror above the sink was covered in dirt and grime to the point where the lightbulb couldn't reflect off of it. SHe tried to clean it off but to no avail.
She had no idea where she was. Ayita thought they were in northern France and maybe she was right, but Zola couldn't be sure. There were no windows or bars in her room so she didn't know what time of day it was. The door was electronically locked and no matter how many cuts appeared on her fingers she couldn't open it. She even tried to knee it open, only to result in a large bruise on her left knee.
She limped over to the thin cot and sat down. Well, the best she could do was to at least get some sleep. As she laid down, the door opened to reveal a female nurse carrying a tray. On the tray was a glass of water and a small plastic cup. It must be morning.
She looked inside the plastic cup to see a small blue capsule. She hesitated, wondering if they were keeping their words or actually going to poison her.
"If you won't take it", the woman began harshly, "I will have to force you." Despite the fact that the nurse wasn't all that threatening, she didn't want to anger her either.
Hands still in mid grasp, she took the pill and popped it in her mouth. She then took the water from the tray and washed the capsule down, feeling a slight tingle at the back of her throat. As she set the glass on the tray, the nurse silently sighed in relief.
"Thank you". The nurse leaves, revealing two much taller and buffer nurses.
...
Asahi was never the one to give in.
Despite being physically taller than the male nurse that walked in with his capsule and water, the nurse was physically stronger. He forced his mouth open and shoved the red pill down his throat. The capsule caused a slight burn at the back of his throat as she forced the water after the pill. The nurse, after making sure Asahi wasn't going anywhere, picked up the tray he walked in with and left, the door automatically closing behind him.
About five minutes later, two men who look like they carry trucks in their spare time walked into his cell. Not learning his lesson the first time, he tried to fight back, causing the two nurses to drag him by his forearms to the Common Room. He was thrown through the door, causing bruises to form on his right side. The door, like his cell door, was electronically powered as it locked behind him. Despite this, Asahi tried with all his strength to pry the metal door open. After five minutes, the only change was the multiple cuts on his hands and fingertips.
He turned to the inside, wincing at the sudden brightness from the small windows. At this point, he realized he was the only one in the room. Well, at least until the door opened again to reveal Adri with two more nurses. They shoved her in the same they the nurses did with him and the door shut again, locking them in together. Like what he did, Adri tried to pry open the doors to no avail.
"You can try all you want", Asahi finally spoke up, causing Adri to jump in surprise, "but the door won't open." He showed her his hands, which were still cut from his previous attempts.
Over the next few minutes, the others were thrown in one by one with the door locking behind each. Each one was awful, but the most memorable was when Kieran was thrown in. When he was still being dragged, he bit one of the nurses before being thrown down harsher than the others. The nurse, with a bleeding arm, ran out of the room, the door locking behind him.
