Chapter 2

Owen's POV

    There's a woman with long brown hair. Hopper, what are you doing here, she asks. Well it's important can we talk more privately, inside, he says. Sure come on in, she tells him. He steps in an she notices me. Oh whose this, she asks him. Um well that's what I need to talk to you about this is Owen, he tells her. Okay, well come in sweetie, she tells me. I walk in and look around, it's not a very big house really simple. 

    After a few seconds we head to the kitchen. Okay so what's so important Hopper, she asks. Well I was driving down the road on my way home and there were these kids who were waving so I stopped they asked me where they were and I told them, he pauses. They then tell me that Hawkins, Indiana doesn't exist, I thought they were crazy or something, he continues. Here's the important part, they were talking about a light and how this must be a different dimension because the town they say their from doesn't exist but this town does, he finishes. Okay so where are these kids now, she asks. Well this Owen here is one of them, I guess they realized I heard everything and thought I wouldn't believe them so they ran, he pauses. He's small so not a very fast runner caught him, but he told the others to run, he finishes.

    So you believe this, she asks him. Well with what happened last year I won't be shooting down crazy sounding things, he tells her. Okay so what do we do, she asks. We need to find the kids they ran off don't know where, he tells her pausing. But Owen told me some things that happened in their dimension and town about 3 weeks ago, it's crazy they have been through a lot we need to try and not scare them, he tells her. Okay so how do we get them to trust us, she asks. 

    Well actually I don't think you will scare them, I speak up. What do you mean, he asks. Well I told you that thing Pennywise, he would turn himself into your greatest fear after defeating him, I don't think they scare easy, I tell him. Okay so we just need their trust, he says. Yeah when we find them i'll talk to them, I say.

    Okay so what exactly happened to the, the woman asks. Um i'll tell you on the ride to the school, he says. Okay, wait why the school, she asks. We are gonna need the kids help, I think they will trust them more because they are their age, he explains. Okay well let's go, she says quickly heading to the door. Come on kid, he says putting his hand on my shoulder leading me to the car. 

    It was about a 5 minute drive but we got here. It's a middle school. We got out of the car and head inside and walk to I guess the office.  When we enter we go to the desk. Can I get Will, Mike, Lucas, and Dustin please it's an emergency, Hopper speaks to the lady at the desk. I just look around bored. Yes just one minute please, the lady says. She sends someone to get them from class. After a few minutes the door opens and 4 kids walk in. I see Richie without glasses and i'm confused. 

    Wait Richie what are you doing here, and why aren't you wearing your glasses, I ask him. Um sorry but my names not Richie it's Mike, he tells me confused. No way wait till Richie see's he has a twin in this dimension, he's gonna be like what in the world but using language that isn't very good, I say. Huh what do you mean, Hopper asks. Oh one of my friends Richie, that kid looks exactly like him but without glasses, I say. 

    Okay so what did you guys need, Lucas asks. Well we might wanna go outside where it's a little more private, the women Joyce says looking at the people in the office. They all head outside and I follow behind. Once we reach outside they look around making sure nobody can hear us. Okay so whats up, Mike asks once we stop moving. Well there are more dimensions than the Upside down, Hopper says. Upside down whats that. What do you mean by that, Dustin asks. Well Owen here isn't from this dimension, Hopper says pointing at me. 

    What, they shout wide eyed. How did you get here, Dustin asks. Don't exactly know we were getting ready to leave the quarry and there was this light so we checked it out and here we are, I tell them. Wait we, Lucas asks confused. Um yeah we my friends are somewhere hiding from him, I say pointing towards Hopper. Why, Will asks confused. Well we thought he was gonna think we were crazy so we ran long story short I got caught because my legs are so short, I say. Wow that's a lot to process, Mike says shocked. 

    That's not even half of it, Hopper says. What do you mean by that, Will asks. You haven't even heard the full story yet him and his friends have been through way worst than coming to a different dimension, Hopper tells them. What have they been through, Lucas asks confused. I'll explain from the beginning I didn't tell him the whole story I told him our part of the story there's way more, I tell them.
